Claims

The device for washing the nipple tube of the teat cups includes a base 1 in the form of a plate with a notch 2 for the nipple tube 3, a channel 4 for supplying a washing liquid to it and a guide 5 of the washing liquid flow coaxially located in the cavity of the nipple tube and having a diameter smaller than inside nipple tube. The flow guide of the washing liquid is made in the form of a wing, the surface of which is located parallel to the inner wall of the nipple tube along its entire length. The fairing is fixed on the base 1 by means of a clamp made in the form of a hollow rod 6, having a plug 7 in the form of a screw, by means of which a plate 8 is fixed on the hollow rod 6, which is held by the same screws of the other hollow rods 6 connected to the fairings of other nipple tubes milking cups. The hollow rod 6 has a protrusion 9 with slots 10 for the passage of washing liquid. The cavities of the rods 6 through the channel 11 are in communication with a source of injection of a washing liquid (not shown). Fixation of the hollow rods 6 with the fairings on the base 1 is carried out by screws; 12 with a nut 13. The fairing consists of two parts interconnected by a flexible sleeve 14, whose spring is located. A locking device 15 is mounted on the fairing, with which the fairing is held in the nipple tube in the desired position. The latch 15 is made in the form of a screw. The base 1 is mounted on the frame 16 of the washing unit (not shown). The teat cups are held assembled on the base 1 by the clamps 17. The total area of the slots 10 is equal to the cross-sectional area of the nozzle 18. The device operates as follows. The washing liquid is supplied by the blower through the channel 11 to the hollow rods 6, of which through the slots 10 enters the tubular gap formed by the surface of the fairing and the inner wall of the nipple tube 3, and then into the circulation system of the washing unit (not shown). Since the gap between the surface of the fairing and the inner wall of the nipple tube 3 is the same length due to their parallelism, the flow rate of washing liquid in all parts of this gap will be the same, so the quality of flushing the inner wall of the nipple tube will be the same in all parts of the gap. The device provides increased quality of washing the teat tubes of the teat cups. Claim 1. A device for washing the teat tube of the teat cups, including a base with a retainer and groove for the teat tube, a channel for supplying washing liquid to it and a flow guide coaxially located in the cavity of the teat tube and having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the inner wall of the latter, characterized in that, in order to improve the quality of washing, the flow guide of the washing liquid is made in the form of a fairing, the surface of which is located parallel to the inner wall of the nipple tube throughout its tench. 2.
