The invention relates to a measurement technique, in particular to pressure sensors. Pressure sensors are known that contain an inductive transducer with a ferromagnetic housing and coils and diaphragm tl arranged in the housing. A sensor deficiency is the occurrence of measurement errors in the ultrasonic frequency range. Pressure sensors are also known that contain an inductive transducer with a ferromagnetic body and coils and a diaphragm placed in the body, as well as a flat piezoelectric element with a waveguide in the form of a beam of wires C2. When pressure is applied to the sensor, due to the curvature of the wires, bending deformations appear, which leads to a decrease in the attenuation of the disturbances in the waveguide and a decrease in the measurement accuracy. In addition, due to the considerable length of the wire bundle, the sensor is large and does not provide high precision measurements of pressure distribution over the surface of the object under study. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of measurements. This goal is achieved by the fact that the waveguide is made in the form of damping high-frequency oscillations of the substrate connected to the housing of the inductive converter. In addition, the substrate is made of an alloy of magnesium with zirconium - and has a thickness of 1.51, 8 times the thickness of the piezoelectric element. The drawing shows a diagram of the sensor section. In case 1 of an inductive converter, which is made of two symmetrical parts, annular grooves 2 are made on each side. Ring grooves 3 and flat piezoelectric elements 4 and 5 are placed in the grooves, each of which contains two rings. Rings 4 are put together by the positive poles,, k of ring 5 - negative. The central electrodes of both piezoelectric elements are connected together, their external electrodes are also connected. Both connection points are connected to a measuring device (not shown). The piezoelectric elements are separated from the external environment by annular separating
