Description

Multi-sawing machines with circular saws on one shaft, intended for the procurement of wood fuel, are already known.

A special feature of the installation described is that, in order to increase its efficiency, a balance saw is used in it, which is used for cutting wood into logs and circular saws fixed on one shaft for subsequent cutting of logs into dies, and the supply of logs to saws is performed automatically rotary drum with grippers, and sawn off die is removed by conveyor.

The proposed installation in comparison with existing constructions 11 has the following advantages: it is possible to cut wood of any length into a raincoat, wood supply is mechanized; greater machine productivity.

The machine consists of a bed on which the main shaft is mounted / with drive pulley 2, pulley 3 for driving the saw 4, disc of friction pair 5 and four circular saws 6.

The friction pair 5 through the worm gearboxes 7 and S actuates the mechanism 9, which feeds the log to the saws 6. The feeding mechanism consists of five cross-shaped grippers. From the feed shaft 10, conveyor II is driven by a chain of gall 12 to remove the dies from under the saws.

The main shaft / machine is mounted on a special frame 13, which is pivotally connected to the main frame and can be raised upwards with the help of a screw 14. This is necessary for quick removal of the saws from the main shaft.
