Description

(54) Solution of cadmium phosphate

II

The invention relates to the production of protective coatings, in particular phosphate coatings on a cadmium surface.

To increase the reliability of cadmium coatings, they are additionally phosphated when used in harsh corrosive conditions, and when used in particularly harsh corrosive conditions (tropical climate), they are colored.

Фосфатирование  вл етс  в св зи с этим эффективным методом подготовки поверхности к окраске , так как обеспечивает увеличение коррозионной стойкости и адгезии лакокрасочного покрыти .At the same time, it is known that cadmium belongs to metals that have poor adhesion to paintwork. Phosphating is therefore an effective method of preparing a surface for painting, as it increases the corrosion resistance and paint adhesion.

Фосфатирование кадмированных деталей используетс  в судостроительной промышленности и авиационном приборостроении дл  дополнительной защиты от коррозии, а также как подслой под лакокрасочные покрыти .Phosphating of cadmium plated parts is used in the shipbuilding industry and aircraft instrumentation for additional protection against corrosion, as well as an underlayer for paintwork coatings.

A known solution for phosphating metals containing phosphoric acid, zinc salts, and fluoride. Sodium as an accelerating additive. Daily solution provide

Длительность процесса Фосфатировани  из этого раствора незначительна, 5-20 мин fl.obtaining high-quality films with high adhesion to paint coatings. The duration of the phosphating process from this solution is negligible, 5–20 min fl.

The disadvantage of this solution is that it provides for the use of sodium fluoride as an accelerating additive, which is a toxic substance,

2.It is also known to use other accelerating additives, for example, formic aldehyde 2.

However, this substance is 5 with an insufficiently effective accelerating additive.

The closest in composition to the proposed is cadmium phosphate solution containing

0 фосфорную кислоту, окись цинка, азотнокислый цинк и фтористый натрий в качестве ускор ющей добавки f3 .0 phosphoric acid, zinc oxide, zinc nitrate and sodium fluoride as an accelerating additive f3.

However, in this solution as an accelerating additive is used

5 toxic substance - sodium fluoride.

The purpose of the invention is to reduce the toxicity of the solution.

The goal is achieved by the fact that, as an accelerating additive, the solution

содержит муравьинокислый натрий при следующем соотношении компонентов, г/л:contains sodium formate in the following ratio of components, g / l:

The solution is prepared as follows.

Раствор пригоден к работе сразу после приготовлени .The calculated amount of zinc oxide, for example 12 g, is dissolved when cooled in 26.5 ml (d 1.72) of phosphoric acid (40 g of 100% HzRO) with the addition of 100 ml of water. Separately, 120 g of zinc nitrate and 12 g of sodium formate are dissolved in small portions of distilled water (L-2 50 ml). Then a solution of zinc oxide in phosphoric acid is added to the zinc nitrate solution. To the resulting solution is gradually added with a solution of formic sodium chloride with stirring. The total volume is adjusted to 1 l with water. The solution is suitable for use immediately after preparation.

The duration of phosphating in the phosphating solution,

The test results show that the advantage of the proposed solution is not only in the accelerating additive non-toxicity, but also in increasing the speed of the process.
