54) СПОСОБ ОЧИСТКИ ВОДЫ ОТ ВЗВЕШЕННЫХ ЧАСТИЦ54) METHOD FOR CLEANING WATER FROM SUSPENDED PARTICLES

Изобретение относитс  к технике очистки воды, в частности к фильтрую щим материалам, используемым дл  загрузки водоочистных фильтров. Известны фильтрующие материалы дл  жидкостей - кварцевый или карьерный песок, дробленый мрамор, магне зит, керамзит l . Недостатком данньох материалов  вл етс  мала  гр зеемкость и большое количество отходов при дроблении фильтрующих материалов. Наиболее близким к предлагаемому по технической сущности и достигаемому результату  вл етс  способ очистки вод от взвешенных частиц путем ее пропускани  через фильтрующий материал, изготовленный из пористого глинистого шамота 2. Однако удаление мутности и железа по известному способу достигает 96,5%. Цель изобретени  - повышение степени очистки от взвешенных частиц. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем что в способе очистки воды от взвешенных частиц путем ее пропускани  через фильтрующий материгш на основе шамота, в качестве фильтрующего мате риала на основе шамота берут дробленый капсельный бой. Дробленый капсельный бой  вл етс  отходом производства при изготовлении огнеупоров методом штамповки. Капсельный бой сортируетс  дл  удалени  посторонних примесей, дробитс  на комбинированной дробилке и просеиваетс  на сите- бурат через стальную сетку № 1,2; 3,2; 5,0 в бункера, после чего его мо:.сно использовать в качестве фильтрующей загрузки . Дробленый капсельный бой имеет следующие показатели: водопоглощаемость - 15%; насыпной объемный вес, г/см - 0,95-1,01; размер фракций 0 ,8-1,6 мм. Пример. Очистка воды предлагаемым способом. Очистке подвергают высокомутные воды с содержанием взвеси 500 - 2500 мг/л. После очистки содержание взвеси составл ет 0-5 мг/л. Вода очищаетс  до указанного содержани  взвеси без применени  коагулирукадего вещества .
