Abstract
1. Способ получения перфторированной ионообменной мембраны путем гидролиза щелочью пленки из сополимера тетрафторэтилена и перфторвинилового эфира, содержащего сульфонильные группы, обработки ее кислым агентом на глубину 0,01 - 0,2 толщины пленки и термообработки при 100 - 400С, отличающийся тем, что с целью увеличения производительности электролизера при использовании ионообменной мембраны и упрощения технологии обработки кислым агентом, в качестве кислого агента используют кислые пары или газы.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что с целью снижения количества хлора в каустической соде, полученной в результате электролиза с применением ионообменной мембраны, кислым агентом обрабатывают обе стороны пленки.1.
