Description
Из приведенных примеров видно, что предложенный стабилизатор обладает целым р дом положительных свойств, отличающих его от стабилина-9: очень хорошо растворим в капроактаме и поэтому может вводитьс at 50 ° C and precipitated as a solid product II, bright blue. The products of the reaction (G and II) are conventionally denoted by Cu-W1-1, respectively, liquid and solid. Unlike the complex, polyethylenimine itself does not exhibit thermostable properties, and the stabilizing effect, for example, of copper acetate is lower compared to the polymer complex. The introduction of a stabilizer into polyamides can be carried out as before the polyamidation process, i.e. into the monomer KanpojiaKTaM, and after the polyamidation process. When introduced into the monomer, the stabilizer can be used in a solid crystalline dehydrated state and in a liquid form. In the latter case, the stage of vacuum drying is excluded, which greatly simplifies the process of obtaining a stabilizer. The stabilizer can also be applied on the finished polymer crumb from an aqueous solution by the surface method. The polymer and filament in the presence of Cu-PM-1 retain their stabilizing properties even after aqueous treatments. PRI me r l.Ha laboratory microinstallation get polycaproamide, stabilized, solid C-PM-1, which is injected before polyamidation (260 ° C 8 hours, in an environment of nitrogen} in an amount of 0.01% by weight of lactam. the obtained polymer is molded in a microstand monofilament, heated in an atmosphere of air at 200 ° C for 2 hours and the strength retained after warming up is determined. Heat resistance is 81%. Example 2. A polymer with an additive of 0.5 is obtained under conditions similar to example 1. % solid Cu-PM-1 by weight of lactam. The heat resistance of the obtained yarn is 89%. Example 3. Under the conditions similar to example 1, a polymer and a yarn with Cu-PM-1 with an intermediate concentration of 1: 1 and an additive of 0.02, 0.05 and 0.1 / 0.25% by weight of lactam are obtained. The thermal stability of the obtained polycaproamide monofilament with the indicated concentrations is presented in Table 1 and is 97, 91, 88, 89%, respectively. The light resistance of the monofilament with the addition of 0.02% Cu-PM-1, determined on an IC device with an irradiation of 30 days, is 83%. analogous to example 1, a polymer and a yarn with Cu-PM-1 are obtained at concentrations of 0.005 and 1.0% by weight of lactam. The thread in the presence of the tested stabilizer concentrations does not have the required C less than 80%) 49% stabilizing efficiency (at 0.005% and does not withstand the warm-up - is destroyed at -1%. P RIM r 5. Polycaproamide thread, as per Example 1, treated with boiling water for 1 hour. The so treated and dried thread is tested for heat resistance. The test results are given in Table 2. Example 6 (comparative. Under conditions similar to Example 1, a polymer and a thread with stable-9 are obtained concentration of 0.02% by weight of lactam. Term Resistance of the obtained yarn 78-85%, light fastness 75%. Heat resistance of the yarn after extraction for 1 h - falls to 65-75%. Light resistance of the yarn after extraction for 2. h. 55%. Example 7. Finished crumb, (granulate polycaproamide, obtained under production conditions, is treated with an aqueous solution of Cu-PM-1, due to the loss of the concentration of the stabilizer should be twice as high as required. The crumbs are dried in a vacuum-drying oven. The concentration of the stabilizer in the crumb by weight of the polymer. From the resulting crumbs are formed on the microstand monofilament. Thermal stability of monofilament С200 ° С, 2 h) 95%, thermal stability of monofilament after extraction with boiling water (fl h 90%. Example 8. Under conditions similar to example 1, a polymer is obtained with the addition of a copper polymer complex of polyethyleneimine in a liquid form at a concentration of 0 , 02; 0.05% of the mass of the lactic acid from which the monofilament is molded. The thermal resistance of said polycaproamide monofilament is 86 and 96%, respectively. Example 9. In conditions analogous to example 1, get poly-mer and mixed-yarn thread Si-PM-1 with CU with a ratio of components C-PM-1 .0.02% and CU 0.05-0.1%, C-PM-1 0.2% and CU 0.05-0.1%. Thermal stability of monofilament is 97100%. Table 1. shows the comparative characteristics of polycaproamide monofilaments with thermal photo stabilizer Cu-PM-1. Table 2 presents data on resistance to water treatments of stabilized threads (stabilizer Cu -PN-1). From the above examples it can be seen that the proposed stabilizer has a number of positive properties that distinguish it from stabil-9: it is very well soluble in caproactam and therefore can be injected
