Description

Дл  предотвращени  отложений сажи и образовани  нагара в наровых котлах обычно Примен ют омесь химикатов, содержащую до 90% хлористых солей, преимущественно хлористого натри .In order to prevent soot deposits and carbon formation in steam boilers, a mixture of chemicals containing up to 90% of chloride salts, preferably sodium chloride, is usually used.

В предлагаемом способе борьбы с нагаром в морских паровых котлах используетс  морска  вода. В растворенных в ней сол х содержитс  около хлористого натри , т. е. столько же, сколько их содержитс  в упом нутых химикатах.In the proposed method of controlling carbon deposits in sea steam boilers seawater is used. Способ заключаетс  в том, что в топку через форсунку периодически ввод т в распыленном виде некоторое количество морской воды. Впрыскивание .последней производитс  во врем  работы котла, после соответствующей прочистки топки и при наличии хорощего огн .The method consists in that a certain amount of seawater is periodically sprayed into the furnace through a nozzle. Поступающа  в топочное пространство морска  вода увлекаетс  потоком гор чих газов и испар етс , а выделивщиес  из нее хлорсодержащие соединени  унос тс  в дымогарные трубы, где приход т в соприкосновение с пленкой нагара. При этом под воздействием хлорсодержащих соединений происходит разрущение пленки нагара, котора  в виде отдельных кусков уноситс  в трубу вм.есте с.газами.The seawater entering the combustion space is entrained by the flow of hot gases and evaporated, and the chlorine-containing compounds released from it are carried to the fire tubes where they come in contact with the soot film.
