Description
The invention relates to a method for producing mineral fertilizers containing boron, which can be used in agriculture. when growing grain crops (for chicken, soybeans, rice) and vegetables on acidic soils. A known method for producing boron-containing fertilizer is by grinding into a powder boron-containing silicate rocks followed by sintering them with limestone 1. However, this method involves the laborious operation of grinding the raw material and the cake into powder. In addition, datolite, an extremely scarce boron raw material, is used as a starting material. The closest to the described fertilizer according to the technical essence and the achieved result is a method of obtaining boric fertilizer by decomposing a datolite concentrate or datolite ore with sulfuric acid, followed by separation of the boron-containing product and its flotation 2. The disadvantage of the method is that the technology of boron-containing fertilizers in this method provides for the use of concentrates of datolite ore, which is the main raw material for the production of boron products in the country. In addition, expensive sulfuric acid is used, anti-corrosion instrumentation is required. The fertilizer obtained by this method refers to readily soluble fertilizers that do not affect the acidity of the soil. The aim of the invention is to reduce the cost of the process and increase the duration of the fertilizer. This goal is achieved by flotation of boron-containing pulp, followed by the production of the finished product, and a mixture of calcium borate production waste and datolite ore dressing tailings is subjected to flotation in a ratio from 5: 1 to 1: 5. A distinctive feature of the method is that the flotation is subjected to a mixture of calcium borate production waste and the tailings of datolite ores in a ratio of 5: 1 to 1: 5. Calcium borate production wastes contain up to 1.1% of boron production in the form of slowly
