(54) HYDRAULIC ACTIVATOR-VIBRATOR
12.The invention relates to a device used in the cementing of wells. A hydraulic vibrator is known in which the working fluid is supplied to the vibrator through tubing pipes. The disadvantage of this device is a low impact on the well bottom zone. The closest technical solution is a hydraulic activator-vibrator, which includes a hollow spindle with windows for supplying a cement slurry solution with upper and lower guide vanes mounted with nozzle outlets running at an angle to its end plane, and a supporting sleeve with rotating face breaker 12 /. The disadvantage of this device is the low degree of utilization of the hydraulic power of the solution flow for mixing and activation. The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of activation of the cement slurry particles by allowing the flow to collide. cove The goal is achieved by the fact that the hydraulic activator-vibrator is provided with a casing with slotted slots located opposite the face breaker made of two parts installed rotatably relative to each other, the nozzle outlets of the upper and lower guide vanes having the opposite direction and are not equal, but in order to prevent the nozzle outlets of the guide apparatus from splintering, a perforated sleeve is concentrically located in the spindle. FIG. 1 shows the design of a hydraulic vibrator activator; in fig. 2 is a section LL in FIG. 1. Hydraulic activator-vibrator consists of a sub 1 with diaphragm safety valves 2, top 3 and bottom 4 guide vanes, mounted with support sleeve 5 on the spindle 6. Top 7 and bottom interrupters, hummed from the inside, are separated by an axial support 9 s cuff 10. The spindle holes are covered with a perforated sleeve 11, in the lower part of which there is a seat to hold the ball 12.
19-21.In the initial position, the perforated bushing is held by cutting pins 13. A centering pin 14 enters the longitudinal groove of the perforated bushing to prevent angular displacement of the holes when the bushing moves down. A protective casing 15 with slit slots is screwed onto the lower guide device 4 and welded to the sub 1 in the upper part. The guiding devices 3 and 4 are secured against the spindle 5 and the sub 1 by means of pins 16, 17 and a retaining ring 18. achieved by installing sealing rings 19-21.
The operation of the hydraulic vibrator activator is as follows.
A hydraulic vibrator activator is installed at the bottom of the casing. During the descent of the column, intermediate flushing and washing before cementing the column is carried out through the central channel of the perforated sleeve 11. Sleeve 11 prevents the guide apparatus openings from being ground out during washing. In this case, the pressure is applied, the pins 13 are cut off, the upper and lower holes of the perforated sleeve 11 are aligned with the corresponding holes of the spindle. The cement slurry, the output through the nozzle channels of the guiding devices 3 and 4, interacts with the slots of the interrupters 7 and 8, causes them to rotate. The number and direction of the nozzle channels on the upper and lower units 3 and 4 are different, therefore the interrupters rotate on the axial support 9 in opposite directions and at different angular speeds, forming fan-shaped oncoming flows.
The latter, meeting with each other, intensively intermix and activate the cement particles, which increases their completeness in the retention properties and increases the homogeneity of the pumping solution.
During the rotation of the interrupters, the nozzle outlets of the guiding devices 3 and 4 are periodically blocked by the end flaps of the interrupters .7 and 8, which leads to the appearance of hydrodynamic pressure pulses, which increase the adhesion of the cement stone to the casing and the well wall.
In addition, fan-shaped cement slurry flows periodically hit the walls of the casing, additionally activating cement particles. The cement slurry activated and transferred in this J-way via slotted slots of the protective casing 15 enters the annular space.
2.In case of failure of or stopping of the interrupters 7 and 8, the installation of diaphragm valves 2 is provided in the reOO Vodnik 1.
With increasing pressure of the diaphragm. cut, open holes, and
цементирование проходит обычньм способом.cementing is the usual way.
