Description
The invention relates to devices for carrying out absorption processes and can be used to extract carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides from the gas mixture.
Absorbers are known that contain a chamber with trays arranged therein for creating bubbling layers, on which heat exchange surfaces are installed, equipped with branch pipes for supplying and discharging liquid and gas.
Недостатками таких абсорберов вл ютс ограниченный объем зоны эффективного теплообмена объемом барботажных слоев на тарелках, потериThe disadvantages of such absorbers are the limited volume of the effective heat exchange zone and the volume of bubble layers on the plates;
тепла абсорбции в результате теплообмена со сторонним теплоносителем.heat absorption as a result of heat exchange with a third-party coolant.
Known absorber containing
ю корпус с тарелками, в отверсти х которых установлены вертикальные трубы с входными и выходными отверсти ми , патрубки дл ввода и вывода фаз.housing with plates, in the openings of which vertical pipes with inlet and outlet openings are installed, branch pipes for input and output of phases.
Недостатком известного абсорбера вл етс наличие дополнительного теплоносител , который движетс внутри вертикальных труб;The disadvantage of the known absorber is the presence of an additional heat transfer fluid that moves inside the vertical pipes;
The aim of the invention is to intensify the process.
This goal is achieved by utilizing the heat of absorption in the regeneration process of the absorbent during heat exchange between the absorbing and regenerated liquids, with these pipes provided with throttling devices, and the inlets of the vertical tubes are located in the layer of absorbing liquid. In the drawing a schematic image of the proposed absorber, the absorber contains the upper chamber 1. With branch pipes for removing liquid 2 and gas 3, lower chamber 4 with plates 5, branch pipes for supplying liquid 6 and gas 7, and exhaust gas 8, vertical pipes 9 fixed tightly in inter-chamber partition 10 passing with a gap through the holes in the plates 5, having outlet holes in the upper chamber, and the inlet holes 11 in the absorbent layer below the abarter layers; for the purpose of preventing entering gaaa cleaned in vertical tubes, inlets Truro has neither the bubble layers. The absorber works as follows. . . A gas mixture is introduced through the pipe 7 into the lower chamber of the absorber 4. And through the pipe 6, the liquid being absorbent relative to the extracted component. The liquid is distributed on the plates 5, forming a bubbling layer of a certain height on them, and flows downwards through the holes in the plates along the surface of the pipes 9, forming on them film layers of liquid from the outside. Gas is bubbled through the layers of liquid, the passage from the top through the holes in the plates 5. The liquid absorbs the extractable gas component and gradually pressurizes with it, while generating heat. From the layer of absorbing fluid located below the bubbling layers, the saturated absorbent enters through the inlets 11 into the interior of the pipes 9, and is throttled. When this occurs, the allocation of the absorbed component. As heat is absorbed during the release of the absorbed component, the temperature of the liquid inside the tubes takes on a lower value than the temperature of the liquid on the outer surface of the pipes and the heat released during absorption is transferred through the walls of the pipes from the absorbing liquid outside to the regenerated inside of the pipes . Such heat exchange allows the use of heat that has been absorbed during absorption to regenerate the absorbent. Thus, in the proposed absorber, the processes of gas absorption and regeneration of the absorbent proceed simultaneously.
