The invention relates to a power system, namely to devices for thermal deaeration of feedwater of steam boilers and feed water of heat networks, as well as for non-thermal deaeration (for decarbonization). A well-known jet deaerator of the coloreal type ij. The disadvantages of such a deaerator are the increased intensity and complexity of manufacturing. : In addition, it does not provide the required quality of feed water. Also known is a deaerator containing a cylindrical body with end caps, the top of which has a nozzle for evacuating gases, and a transverse partition dividing the body into the inlet and outlet compartments, equipped respectively with tangential nozzles for supplying deaerated and discharging deaerated liquid. This deaerator also does not provide the required quality of deaerated water. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of deaeration and the expansion of functional possibilities by using it as a calciner. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a deaerator containing a cylindrical body with end caps, the top of which has a branch pipe for evacuating gases, and a transversal septum, separating the body into the inlet and outlet bays equipped with tangential branch pipes respectively for supplying deaerated and branching deaerated liquids, the wall of the housing in the zone of the entrance compartment and (or) the transverse partition is made hollow, having tangential nozzles or openings for communication with the entrance compartment and connected to the source iku deaeriruyusch medium, and the lower cover is provided with overflow pipe, or medium for supplying deaerated. In addition, the lower and / or upper end covers are made hollow and with the help of outgrowths in them, communicated with the internal cavity of the body and are connected to a source of deaerating medium. Figure 1 shows the deaerator, a longitudinal section; figure 2 - view And figure 1. The deaerator comprises a cylindrical body 1 with end caps 2 and 3, with the upper cap 2 having a nozzle 4 for evacuating leached gases. The deaerator also has a partition 5 that separates the housing .1 into the inlet and outlet bays 7 and 7, equipped with tangential pipes 8 and 9, respectively, for supplying the deaerated and discharging deaerated liquid. The wall 10 of the housing 1 in the zone of the entrance compartment 6 and the transverse partition 5 can be made both hollow or one of them can be made hollow. The wall 10 and the partition 5 are communicated with the entrance compartment b through tangential nozzles 11 (or holes). The bottom cover 3 is provided with a nozzle 12 for discharging liquid or supplying a deaerating medium. In the deaerator bottom 3 and the top cover 2 can be either both hollow or one of them can be hollow. Through holes 13 and 14, which are made in the end caps 2 and 3, they communicate with the internal cavity of the housing 1 and are connected to the source of the deaerating medium through the pipes 15 and 16. The wall 10 and the partition 5 are connected to the source of the deaerating medium (not shown) through the pipes 17 and 18 The operation as a deaerator is as follows. The liquid to be deaerated is supplied to the inlet compartment b through the nozzle 8 tangentially. The main flow of the deaerating medium (overheated water or steam) through the pipe 17 enters the cavity of the wall 10, from where it passes through the tangential nozzles 11 into the inlet compartment 6. The streams of deaerated and superheated water are mixed and acquire a rotational motion, due to which the fluid pressure in the center of the stream is falling. A phase boundary is formed in the center of the deaerator. The vapor bubbles formed from the boiling of superheated water pass through the water layer and are pushed beyond the phase boundary. The liquid is then deaerated. The deaerated liquid passes along the partition 5 and enters the output compartment 7, continuing to rotate. In the output compartment 7, the rotation of the fluid flow occurs with an increase in the twist radius, due to which the pressure in the flow is restored. The liquid is then discharged from the deaerator through the pipe 9. The evolved gases are removed from the center of the housing 1 with an additional stream of deaerating medium supplied to the cavity of the lid 3, from where it enters the housing through the holes 13. The non-condensable gases escape from the deaerator through the pipe 4. During operation air is used as calciner - as a deaerating agent. Upon contact of water containing carbon dioxide with air, the latter absorbs
12.carbon dioxide and saturates water with oxygen and nitrogen. The supply and discharge of the liquid is the same as during thermal deaeration, but the cavity of the wall 10 and the nozzle 11 do not participate. The nozzle 4 is connected to a suction device (not shown). A vacuum is created in the center of the body, air is sucked into the pipes 15, 16 and 18 and, passing through a layer of liquid, processes it. Air supply is possible through the pipe 12.
Such an embodiment of the device allows improving the quality of deaeration and expanding the functionality by using it as a calciner.
