2.The invention relates to a technique for measuring the spectrum of a pulsed signal density. The closest in technical essence to the present invention is an analyzer comprising a broadband path connected to the inputs of the channel resonators, the outputs of which are connected to the peak detector with a delay through the selection circuit of the largest signal, the output of the peak detector is connected to the gain control circuit of the wideband path. The highest signal pickup circuit and peak detector are introduced to automatically adjust the gain of the signal passing through the channel resonators l. In addition, it is known (see A. Kharkevich, AA Spectra and Analyzes, M., Fimaschgiz, 1962) that before the end of a pulse, the spectrum analyzer measures the current spectrum, and researchers are interested in the true spectrum of a pulse that is formed at the output of the end of the input signal, at the same time, at the output of the detector, especially the peak value detector, the current spectrum is also stored, which causes a significant measurement error. Moreover, the latter can reach hundreds or more percent, especially in the vicinity of the zero spectral density. Bringing this systematic error to a systematic task is very difficult. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of measuring the spectral density of pulsed signals. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a spectrum analyzer of pulse signals containing a broadband gain path, a set of channel resonators, detectors, a recording unit, time selectors are connected to the output of each resonator, whose inputs are connected to the input of the corresponding detector, and the control inputs are connected to the control generator pulses, the input of which is connected to the output of the broadband gain path. The drawing shows a structural diagram of the analyzer. The source 1 of pulse signals is connected via a wideband amplification path to 2 to the inputs of the channel resonators 3, the output of each channel resonator is connected to the input of the corresponding time selector 4, the outputs of which are connected to the corresponding detectors 5, and the control inputs are connected to the output of the control pulse generator 6 included at the output of source 1 or at the output of the broadband gain path 2.
The device works as follows.
For the duration of the signal under study from source 1, shaper 6 generates a control W-: pulse locking time selector 4, thereby excluding the subsequent registration of the current spectrum. At the end of the output pulse, the shaper is reset to the initial zero position, the time selector opens and the true spectrum from the outputs of the channel resonators is transmitted further to the detector 5 and the registration circuit (the registration circuit is not shown in the drawing).
The measurement accuracy is significantly increased, especially in
окрестности нул спектральной плотности при регистрации пиковых значе НИИ сигнала с выхода канальр ых резе наторов.the vicinity of the spectral density is zero when registering peak values of the SRI of the signal from the output of the channel cutters.
