Description
(54) СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ Tf-АЦЕТОПРОПИЛОВОГО СПИРТА(54) METHOD FOR OBTAINING TF-ACETOPROPIL ALCOHOL
The invention relates to fine organic synthesis, and to an improved method for producing " -acetopropyl alcohol. A known method for producing -aceto propyl alcohol by hydrogenol for an aqueous solution of methyl furan in the presence of a palladium catalyst promoted with 0.05-15 weight. thiazole or its production; the yield of the target product 61% fl. The disadvantage of this method is the low yield of the target product (b1%.). I The closest in technical essence to the proposed is a method of obtaining f-acetopropyl ovo from alcohol, in which If-butyrolactates, ethyl acetate and metallic sodium are used under the interaction with water - hydrolyzed for all agents; the process is carried out at 60-120; The yield of the target product is 82%. The disadvantage of this method is the use of metallic sodium as a reagent, which reduces the explosion safety of the process. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process by carrying out the reaction without metallic sodium. The objective is achieved by the fact that the process is carried out at 340-420 0 in the presence of silica with 0.5-1.7 wt.% Sodium ions, usually using acetic acid at a MOL ratio of butyrolactone: CJ-C-alkyl acetate-toda; : acetic acid, equal to lil-2.5: l:: 0.5-1. This allows us to simplify the process of obtaining f-acetopropyl alcohol while maintaining the yield of the desired product at the same level. The invention is illustrated by the following examples. Example. For the preparation of acetopropyl alcohol, an axial primary heterogeneous catalyst is used, which is prepared according to the following procedure. . Granular alumina GOST 8136-56 Grade A is used as a carrier. The impregnating agent is a 5% solution of NaOH in water. The amount of carrier and impregnating solution is taken in a ratio of 1: 1 (by volume). The duration of the impregnation is 1.5 hours. The impregnated carrier is dried at 20-30 ° C for 24 hours and then at 4 hours.
The calcination of the catalyst is carried out with a gradual increase in temperature to 40 ° -450 ° C with subsequent maintenance at this temperature for 3.5-4 hours.
Окись алюмини , пропитарна 3%-ным водным раствором NaOH 0 ,5 вес.% и 8%-нь) раствором NaOH 1 ,7 вес.%.After calcination, the catalyst is cooled to 70 ° C by gradually lowering the furnace temperature (at 1 h). Then the catalyst is discharged and cooled in air to ambient temperature. The catalyst thus prepared contains 1 wt.% Sodium ions. Alumina propylene with 3% aqueous solution of NaOH 0, 5 wt.% And 8%) solution of NaOH 1, 7 wt.%.
A certain amount of catalyst is loaded into a flow-type glass reactor and a dosing pump is fed continuously to the reaction mixture prepared in a molar ratio of -butyrolgiston: ethyl acetate: acetic acid: water equal to 1: 1.5: 0.5: 1. 230.9 g of the mixture is passed with
