Description

The invention relates to the field of wastewater treatment, mainly the wine industry and can be used to clarify wastewater from alcoholic beverage shops. The wastewater of the wine industry is a dispersed multiphase system. One of the components of this system is the tannins, which when dissolved in water form colloidal solutions. Tannides are tannins, layered derivatives of polyatomic phenols that inhibit the yeast rather than various molds and, therefore, their removal is required. A well-known method of wastewater treatment by electroagulation is known, in which the process of purification from nitroproducts of toluene is carried out at a current density of 0.25-0.75 A / dm followed by neutralization of effluent until a pH of 8-9 is reached and treated with chlorine fj. The use of this method for the purification of waste waters of the wine industry, in particular for the removal of danion – tannid from bards, makes it possible to partially reduce their number. However, this method does not provide cleaning from tannids to the required standard. The closest in essence and the achieved effect is an electrochemical method of wastewater treatment by electrocoagulation, in which the process is carried out in the presence of neutral salts, such as sodium chloride, at a current density of 100125 A / m2 and a current concentration of 0.9 / l. Use of sodium chloride in the process of electrochemical treatment of wastewater from winemaking reduces the concentration of tannidocs to 45–48%, but this degree of purification from tannids is not the norm. Purpose of the invention — the degree of purification and wastewater of the wine industry. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the process of wastewater treatment of the wine industry together with sodium chloride nitrogen nitrate is added. -8 A / L, voltage 50-100 V using

As the load increases from 50 to 100 V, the extent of the effect of the fields on coagulation and on redox reductions occurring in the solution and on the electrodes, which jCrf6c66cTByMT coagulates decontaminated weighted aggregates and removes them to the surface of the liquid to be cleaned as foam, increases. An increase in the voltage above 100 V causes an increase in the current density, the latter leads to the appearance of turbulent flows, which reduce the cleaning effect.

имеющую рН 5,5, прозрачность по Спеллеку , см, 0,0, взвешенные вещества 18-28 г/л, фенольные вещества (танниды ) 1500-2500 мг/л.having a pH of 5.5, spelled transparency, cm, 0.0, suspended solids 18-28 g / l, phenolic substances (tannids) 1500-2500 mg / l.

The implementation of this method is shown in the table.

Note. In all examples, the concentration of sodium chloride was 50 mg / l, the electrolysis was carried out at a voltage of 80 V.

The application of this method allows to increase the degree of purification from tannins to 55-98%, which allows re-use them in the technological 5 cycle.
