Description
аждаемого участка от Шйндёл , L « R круга-+ (5-10 мм).The invention relates to the processing of metals with chip removal, namely, abrasive processing of metals and alloys. The known method with pre-cooling the workpiece low-temperature environment. According to the method, the preform is cooled until the DOKA reaches the temperature, cooTBieT sticks to maximize the reduction in plastic properties. After that, the chilled billet is ground. The low temperature contributes to the embrittlement of the workpiece material and prevents the chips from welding to the surface to be ground i. The disadvantage of the known method is that, due to a significant temperature difference between the surrounding medium and the fully cooled billet, as well as the effect of the heat field in the cutting zone, the billet is intensely heated and increases in size due to volume expansion. Thus, in the course of processing, the value of the allowance at different parts of the surface is different, which leads to a decrease in the accuracy and quality of the surface. The purpose of the invention is to increase the processing performance while improving the quality of the surface to be treated (reduction of roughness, work hardening, residual stresses). The goal is achieved by the fact that in the abrasive process, which includes pre-cooling. equal to the height of the circle, and the width of 3-5 mm .. As a refrigerant can be applied liquid nitrogen: Figure 1 shows a device that implements the method in figure 2 - the same, the RID on top. The device contains an abrasive Kpyrl, a sealing 2, a System 3 for supplying a low-temperature medium, a cooling current 4, and a - a cooling section; in its length; t. distance of cooling area from Schindel, L "R circle- + (5-10 mm).
