Description

Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что в эмульсию дл  дезактивации поверхностей помещений и оборудовани  от радиоактивных веществ, образующую при нанесении на поверхность легкоудалйемое пленочное покрытие и включающую кислый раствор поливинилового спирта с глицерином, введен сополимер винилацетата с этилёном при следующем соотношении компонентов, вес.%: Кислый растворполивинилого спирта при 0,3-0,5 рН 0,5-2 3-5 Глицерин Сополимер винилацетата с Остальное этиленом При изготовлении эмульсии в 100 г дисперсии сополимера винилацетата с этиленом при перемешивании было введено 3 г 12%-ного водного раство;« ,,,The invention relates to nuclear technology, in particular to the decontamination of surfaces of rooms and equipment contaminated with radioactive vegetation. A known composition for decontamination of surfaces based on epoxy resin and titanium dioxide, which in a liquid state is applied to surfaces, forms a film coating that absorbs radioactive substances, and is removed 1. However, such a film coating is difficult to remove, and the composition itself is fire - and explosive. In addition, the epoxy resin solvent is toxic. Also known is a composition based on polyvinyl alcohol, glycerol and surfactants, which is applied on decontaminated surfaces and forms a light film coating that absorbs radioactive substances from treated surfaces, after which it is removed 2. However, this composition does not have thixotropy, therefore, a coating of the required thickness is performed in eight to ten cycles. This coating is not water resistant and requires long drying. The aim of the invention is to improve the effectiveness of the coating and the improvement of the technology applied to decontaminated surfaces. This goal is achieved by the fact that a vinyl acetate – ethylene copolymer is introduced into the emulsion to deactivate the surfaces of rooms and equipment from radioactive substances, when applied to the surface of an easily removable film coating and including an acidic solution of polyvinyl alcohol with glycerin. polyvinyl alcohol solution at 0.3-0.5 pH 0.5-2 3-5 Glycerol Vinyl acetate copolymer with the Remaining ethylene When making an emulsion in 100 g of a dispersion of vinyl acetate copolymer with these ene was introduced with stirring 3 g of 12% aqueous sol, ",,,
