1 Изобретение относитс к способам ремонта антикоррозионного покрыти наружной поверхности действующего магистрального трубопровода. Известен способ изол ции наружной поверхности трубопровода липкими полимерными изол ционными лентами , при котором трубопровод предварительно очищают до серого металлического блесЛа, Занос т клеевую грунтовку,, поверх которой нанос т 1т- лимерную изол ционнзпо ленту с зар нее нанесенным на нее липким слоем. Недостатком известного способа применительно- к ремонту покрыти вл етс то, что нанесение полимерной пленки, несущей на себе заранее нанесенный тонкий слой кле , толщина которого не превьшает 0,1-0,2 мм, .приводит к образованию шатровых пустот, заполненных воздухом в местах неровностей наружной поверхности трубопровода. Кроме того, нанесение полимерной пленки по тонкому слою .заранее нанесенного сло кле , состо щего из клеев на основе каучуков или перхлорвйниловых смол, не обеспечивает длительного срока службы покрыти из-за быстрой потери адгезии 1 j. . /Целью изобретени вл етс повышение качества антикоррозионного покрыти наружной поверхности трубопровода , сокращени времени и затрат на ремонт. Достигаетс это тем, что при очистке с наружной поверхности трубопровода удал ют только плохоадгезионную часть старого мастичного покрыти , нанос т слой адгезионной грунтовки. Затем нанос т выравн.ивающий наружную поверхность трубопровода и заполн ющий все его неровности слой изол ционной клеющей мастики, состо щей из битума, сол рового, масла (2-10%) и при необходимости наполнителей , придающих покрытию требуемые прочностные и температурные характеристики в зависимости от условий эксплуатации покрыти (0-20%). Нанесение кле щей мастики производ т при температуре, исключающей деструкцию лолимёрной пленки, которую нанос т поверх кле щей мастики . При применении поливинилхлоридной пленки изол ционную кле щую мастику нанос т в интервал температур lOO-ISO C.. This is achieved by the fact that during cleaning only the poorly adhesive part of the old mastic coating is removed from the outer surface of the pipeline, a layer of adhesive primer is applied. Then, a layer of insulating adhesive mastic consisting of bitumen, salt, oil (2-10%) and, if necessary, fillers, which give the coating the required strength and temperature characteristics, filling the unevenness of the pipeline and filling all its irregularities, is applied. on the operating conditions of the coating (0-20%). The application of the adhesive mastic is carried out at a temperature that excludes the destruction of the polymer film, which is applied over the adhesive mastic. When using a polyvinyl chloride film, an insulating adhesive mastic is applied in the temperature range lOO-ISO C.
