Description

Предлагаемый аппарат предназначен дл  непрерывной варкн целлюлозы по сульфитному и по сульфатному способам.The proposed apparatus is designed for continuous varn pulp in the sulphite and sulphate methods.

Аппарат представл ет собой агрегат из трех основных частей: питател , варочного котла и разгрузочного устройства.The apparatus is an assembly of three main parts: a feeder, a digester and a discharge device.

На чертеже изображена схема устройства аппарата.The drawing shows a diagram of the device.

Питатель состоит из расположенных друг над другом барабанов /, внутри которых вращаютс  шестилопастные крыльчатки с резиновыми уплотнител ми на кромках лопастей. Дл  перепуска щепы из одного барабана в другой и далее в котел кажда  лопасть снабжена щарнирносоединенной с ней чугунной доской 2, своим весом надавливающей на щепу при проворачивании крыльчатки. Давление в варочном аппарате не преп тствует высыпанию щепы, так как давление в каждом секторе выравниваетс  при его подходе к загрузочному отверстию котла. В стенках барабанов на стороне с заполненными щепой секторами имеютс  патрубки 3 дл  присоединени  к трубопроводу вакуум-насоса дл  вакуумизации щепы перед пропиткой ее варочным щелоком, подаваемым по трубопроводу 4. .The feeder consists of drums / located one above the other, within which the six-blade impellers with rubber seals on the edges of the blades rotate.
