Description

The subject of the invention is the adaptation to grain crops for nesting and row sowing of acorns.

Sowing devices for breeding are known. They consist of valves that periodically open the seed hole from the seed box to the opener. Also known are adaptations to grain crops for nesting sowing in the form of valves in the openings, which are opened simultaneously by means of a system of traction arms and levers that interact with pinches fixed on the spokes of a seed wheel.

Also known are sloping seed conductors in which the free fall of the seeds is replaced by a slip to make their movement smooth.

These sowing devices, due to the rapid closing of the valves, provide a heap of nests, without providing, if necessary, intermittent sowing with extended nests.

In the proposed adaptation to a grain crop for sowing acorns in portions, valves against seed box funnels are mounted on a common shaft. The delays of valves in open CONDITION for sowing by extended sockets are carried out by a latch cooperating with the lever of the valve shaft and with a pinch fastened to the sprocket wheel spokes.

FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section of the device with closed valves; in fig. 2 is a side view of a funnel with open valves and a shaft view with valves on top.

Instead of a seed box / crop plant, instead of the grain sowing devices, special funnels 2 are mounted, the outlet of which is closed by valves 5, mounted on a common shaft 4.

One end of the shaft is terminated by a lever 5 with a spring 6 fixed on the seed frame. There is an offspring 7 on the lever, designed to hold the valves in the open position by means of a latch tooth 8 fixedly mounted on the frame of the splitter.

The spokes of the sprocket wheel are equipped with spikes 9 for opening and tongs 10 for closing the valves.
