Description

Winding the Rustat rheostats in an artisanal way presents great difficulties. It is especially difficult to obtain dense winding in multi-pole resistors, for which thin nickel-nickel wire with a diameter of 0.2-0.3 mm is used. As is well known, in order to achieve tight winding, a high tension should be applied to the wire, and in this case, in the case of the slightest jamming, the wire breaks, as a result of which the work and material disappears, since the rheostat must be wound from one piece of wire without rations.

The present invention aims to eliminate these difficulties when winding electric coils and rheostats.

3-деталь приспособлени .In FIG. 1 is a side view of a device for winding electric coils and rheostats; FIG. top view; FIG. 3-piece fixture.

In the frame A, bent of a strip of iron, is ociJ B, which

1, 2). Это нагревание проволоки дает на ней слой окалины, который  вл етс , по мнению изобретател , изол цией между витa wire coil is put on, fixed to the axis by a nut (fig. 1.2). The wire, unwinding from the coil, passes through the pull roller C with the load Q. The roller C serves to regulate the tension of the wire, pass it through it guide rollers and wound on the resistor /), fixed in the centers of the lathe. The entire device is clamped into the caliper and, when the machine rods, rotates, it receives movement from the spindle screw S, with ε interchangeable gears are selected according to the diameter of the winding wire. On the way from the last guide roller to the resistor, the wire is heated by electric current to red heat, for which the wire is connected to the current source through the contact rollers and 6. The holder of the contact roller E is isolated from the machine bed by insulating spacers 1 (Fig. 1, 2). This heating of the wire gives it a layer of scale, which, according to the inventor, is an insulation between the wires.
