Description
Особенно перспективно применение катализаторов типа замещенных тризтилфосфинов при He pejMJBHOM способе получени полиуретановых термоэластопластов , так как использование этих катализаторов обеспечивает достижение необходимой в зкости 5000 П реакционной массой в течение 30-60 мин и позвол ет избежать необходимости применЬни громоздкого оборудовани .The invention relates to methods for producing polyurethanes in the presence of catalysts and can be used in the synthesis of polyurethane thermoplastic elastomers. Methods are known for producing polyurethanes in the presence of various catalysts. The closest to the technical essence is the method of producing a polyurethane thermoplastic elastomer by the interaction of a hydroxyl-containing polyester and a chain extender with the eocyanate component in the presence of catalyst 2. Tin chloride complexes with ketones, lactones or amines are used as catalysts. However, the use of such catalysts is not acceptable for the synthesis of polyurethane thermoplastic elastomers, which are processed into products at a temperature of 150-200 0. At these temperatures, tin chloride complexes are the initiators of thermal LSSTRUCTION. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the reaction temperature. This goal is achieved by using as a catalyst 0.1-1 wt.% Of the reaction mixture, substituted with triethyl basicity of 3 or less 3. The use of these catalysts allows the synthesis of polyurethane thermoplastic elastomers at a temperature of 25-45 ° C and significantly shortens the time of temperature control. maryshsha with 2Q-24 dr 4-16 h. The catalyst is taken in an amount of 0.1-1%. by weight of the reaction mixture. Since the activity of the catalyst decreases as the basicity increases, depending on the type and amount of catalyst, it is necessary to vary the temperature and the duration of the synthesis process. Particularly promising is the use of catalysts of the type of substituted tristilphosphines in the HeJeJJHHOM method of producing polyurethane thermoplastic elastomers, since the use of these catalysts ensures that the required viscosity of 5000 P is reached by the reaction mass for 30-60 minutes and avoids the need for bulky equipment.
