Изобретение относитс к прокатно .му производству и может быть использовано дл охлаждени в линии, стана полосового проката, преи.мущественно движущегос по рольгангу со скоростью до 3 м/с. Известно устройство дл охлаждени проката, включак дее полые оси с щелевыми отверсти гл, служащие водона-:порными баками, и вращанвдиес на них цилиндрические корпусы ш.еток, вэаимодействукщие с охлаждаемой полосой. В процессе охлаждени полосы через отверсти в междур дь х щеток она взаимодействует одновременно со щеткгьми разбивающими образующуюс на полосе при соприкосновении с охладителем паровую рубашку f . Недостатком известного устройства вл етс то, что в промежутках между meTKaivM, равных по меньшей мере диаметру щеток, отсутствует возкюжность взаимодействи щеток с полосой и соответственно на этих участках полосы происходит восстановление паровой рубашки, что увеличивает непроизводительный расход охладител и уменьшает интенсивность охлаждени . С целью повыиени интенсивности охлаждени , снижени расхода охладител и упрощени устройства щеточные устройства выполнены в виде разь«щенных .между водонапорный баками секций , которые набраны из щеток, образующих плоскую рабочую поверхность, причем ширина секций равна ширине полосы, а длина превышает их ширину в 1,2-2,0 раза. Плоские щеточные секции размещены с минимальны.и проме сутками между ними,необходимыми и достаточными дл прохождени плоской стенки ламинарных струй охладител на- полосу. Это практически исключает участки, на которых отсутствует воздействие щеток и может иметь место образование паровой рубашки на полосе. Благодар этому уменьшаетс расход охладител , увеличиваетс интенсивность охлаждени полосы и упрощаетс конструкци устройства. На чертеже представлено предлагаемое устройство. In order to increase the cooling intensity, reduce the flow rate of the cooler and simplify the device, the brush devices are made in the form of sections between brushes forming a flat work surface, the width of the sections being equal to the width of the strip and the length exceeding their width 1 , 2-2.0 times. The flat brush sections are placed with minimal and spaced days between them, necessary and sufficient for the flat wall of the laminar jets of the cooler to pass to the strip. This virtually eliminates areas where there is no brush exposure and the formation of a steam jacket on the strip may occur. This reduces the flow rate of the cooler, increases the intensity of the cooling strip and simplifies the design of the device. The drawing shows the proposed device.
