Недостатком этих трубопроводов вл етс , то, что при доставке закладочной смеси на большие глубины пор дка 500-850 м создаетс большое давление и скорость закладочной смеш, в св зи с чем увеличиваетс износ стенок труб и усложн етс монтаж перегородок в трубопроводе. Цель изобретени - упрощение моМтажа. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что перегородки вьшолнены в виде колец,, соединенных между собой продольными прутками. На фиг. 1 схематически изображен трубопро вод с перегородками и футерующим слоем; на фиг. 2 - конструкци перегородок. Трубопровод состоит из трубы 1 и перегоро док, вьшолненных из колец 2 круглого сечени , соединенных между собой прутками 3 через определенное рассто ние. При монтаже труб 1 вертикальных ставов закладочного трубопровода по мере их наращивани в став трубы вставл ютс соединенные между собой перегородки длиной равной наращиваемой трубе 1, при этом крайнее кольцо 2 каждой из перегородок привариваетс прерывистым щвом к трубе 1. При движении закладочного материала по такому трубопроводу по диаметру трубь между кольцами за счет оседани мельчайших частиц материала и их уплотнени за счет движени образуетс искусственный футеровочный слой 4, который затвердевает и создает прочность трубопроводу.
