Method for producing a lining of pressure tunnels, pressure shafts or the like.
EMI1.1
Section along the line D-D and FIG. 5
Is a section along the line E-E of FIG.
The pressure tunnel lining consists of a subsequent full excavation of the tunnel in the
Connection to the rock a concreted cladding ring b and an inner core ring, which is separated from the former by an annular cavity c subdivided into zones in the direction of the tunnel axis and can be placed under prestress by pressing a filling and sealing compound into this cavity.
According to the invention, the core ring is now built from shaped stones m according to FIGS. 3-5, which, due to their special shape, automatically provide the necessary spacing from the cladding ring b to create the cavity c. In order to achieve this, the shaped stones m, which are curved in accordance with the tunnel reveal, have elevations on their outer surface facing the cladding ring b, e.g. B. in the form of undulating ribs n, approaches od. Like., Whereby the use of a corrugated sheet metal sheet, apart from the apex, is unnecessary. The joints in the planes perpendicular to the ring axis are designed as wedge joints o for self-sealing under internal pressure.
The cavity c is sealed against the neighboring zones by installing zone edge stones p, the approaches p'of which touch the cladding ring li at the edge of the zone without any gaps, so that sealing rings, as provided in the method with a concreted core ring, can be dispensed with with this type of construction. Grooves in the outer cladding ring b perpendicular to the corrugated ribs n can also be dispensed with because the mobility of the backing material in this direction is ensured by corresponding recesses o directly in the shaped blocks m. The press-fit and pressure test tubes f contain special shaped stones. The construction with shaped stones m not only makes the spacer insert unnecessary, but also enables a quick and simple masonry of the core ring based on the cladding ring b.
Armor is only required for the vault masonry, which is therefore only installed when the lower half of the core ring is completely masonry. The apex

Conclusion q is expediently carried out with the appropriate provision for keeping the distance from the cladding ring b by means of a corrugated sheet insert d with concrete or press mortar.
At most, boreholes i, which are led deep into the rock a through the cladding ring b, facilitate, in addition to the cracks in the concrete of the cladding ring b that arise and open in the course of the pressing in of the filling and sealing compound, the mortar must enter the cavities of the rock a, whereby the entire enclosure the cladding ring is cemented to a solid, monolithic mass.
If the envisaged preload pressure cannot be achieved or maintained due to excessive fissures in the rock a, the core ring is reinforced with a gate crimp collar r reinforced with iron s.
If the tunnel requires a smooth wall for hydraulic reasons, a corresponding interior plaster t is applied to the masonry of the core ring after the back pressure has been carried out.
