На фиг. 1 изображено предлагаемое устройство, общий вид в плане; иа фиг. 2 - разрез А-А на фиг. 1; на фиг. 3 разфиг . 4 - узел I рез Б-Б на фиг. I; на 5 - узел II н  на фиг. 2; на фиг. фнг. 3. Устройство содержит транспортирующий орган дл  подачи раскроенных полос в зону стыковки, который состоит из ремешкового транспортера 1 и рольганга 2. Привод 3 общий дл  транспортера I и транспортера 4 диагонально-резательной машины . Рольганг 2 установлен с возможностью поворота в вертикальной плоскости и захода между верхней 5 и нижней 6 стыковочными плитами и св зан через систему рычагов 7 с приводом 8 его поворота. Верхн   стыковочна  плита 5 уставовлена неподвижно, а нижн   плита 6 подвижно и имеет привод 9 дл  ее возвратновоступательного перемещени  в вертикальной плоскости. Дл  передачи обрезиненной полосы с транспортера диагонально-резательной машины на транспортирующий орган установлен переходный мостик 10. Устрюйство имеет также механизрл отбора состыкованного полотна в направлении , перпендикул рном направлению подачи, Этот механизм снабжен т нущими валиками П и 12 и бобиной 13 с прокладкой, св занными с приводом 14 и с датчиком 15 включени  механизма отбора. В промежутках между ремешками транспортера 1 установлены датчики 16 останова механизма отбора и пуска транспортера 4 диагонально-резательной машины, а между транспортерами 1 н 4 установлен датчик 17 фиксации положени  полосы на транспортере 4. Датчики 16 и 17 выполнены , например, в виде блока пневмодатчнков . Устройство работает следующим образом . Рольганг 2 в исходном положении находитс  между плитами 5 и 6 на одном уров- 35 не с транспортером 1 (см. фиг. 5 и 3), перекрыва  стыкуемую кромку полосы 18 на величину нахлеста. Включаетс  транспортер 4 диагональнорезательной машины и транспортирующий орган, которым раскроенна  полоса 18 перемещаетс  в зону стыковки. При этом стыкуема  кромка полосы 8 скользит по рольгангу 2 транспортирующего органа над стыкуемой кромкой полотна 19. Далее после команды датчика 17 транс- 5 портеры 1 и 4 останавливаютс , рольганг 2 отклон етс  от зоны плит с помощью привода 8 и системы рычагов 7, освобожда  кромку полотна 19, на кетфую накладываетс  кромка полосы 18. Приводом 9 приводитс  в действие подвижна  ллита 6 и осуществл етс  стыковка кромок . Далее датчиком 15 подаетс  команда на включение привода 14 отбора состыкованного полотна. Плиты 5 и б при этом расход тс , а состыкованное полотно отбираетс  т нущими валиками II и 12 и закатываетс  в прокладку бобины 13. При пересечении кромкой состыкованного полотна 19 датчика 16, последний подает команду на останов механизма отбора, рольганг 2 при этом возвращаетс  в исходное положение между плитами 5 и 6, перекрыва  кромку полосы 18 на величину нахлеста. Необходимую величину нахлеста устанавливают перемещением с помощью регулировочного винта 20 (см. фиг. 3) датчи сов 16 в то или иное положение между ремешками транспортера 1. Далее цикл повтор етс . Использование предлагаемого устройства позвол ет при автоматизации процесса стыковки, обеспечить повышение качества стыка. Формула изобретени  1. Устройство дл  стыковки обрезиненных полос, содержащее верхнюю и нижнюю стыковочные плиты, транспортирующий орган дл  подачи раскроенных полос в зону стыковки, выполненный в виде рольганга и транспортера, и механизм дл  отбора состыкованного полотна, отличающеес  тем, что, с целью повышени  качества стыка за счет исключени  возможности соприкосновени  стыкуемых кромок при подаче в зону стыковки, рольганг установлен с возможностью поворота в вертикальной плоскости н захода между стыковочными плитами в зону стыковки и снабжен приводом его поворота. 2. Between the straps of the conveyor 1, sensors 16 for stopping the take-up and starting of the conveyor 4 of the diagonal cutting machine are installed, and between the conveyors 1 and 4 there is a sensor 17 for fixing the position of the strip on the conveyor 4. Sensors 16 and 17 are made, for example, as a block of pneumatic sensors. The device works as follows. The roller conveyor 2 is in the initial position between plates 5 and 6 at the same level as 35 with conveyor 1 (see Fig. 5 and 3), overlapping the joined edge of the strip 18 by the amount of overlap. The conveyor 4 of the diagonal cutting machine is turned on and the transport body with which the cut strip 18 is moved to the joining zone. At the same time, the edge of the strip 8 slides along the roller table 2 of the transporting body above the joined edge of the web 19. Then, after the command of the sensor 17, the conveyors 5 and 4 stop, the roller table 2 deviates from the plates by means of the drive 8 and the system of levers 7, freeing the edge the web 19, on the ketfyu superimposes the edge of the strip 18. The actuator 9 actuates the movable sheet 6 and aligns the edges. Next, the sensor 15 gives the command to turn on the drive 14 for selecting the docked web.
