Предлагаемая сталь после Термической обработки по режиму: закалка ό ;

Famous steel, has good
mechanical properties, has relatively low cutting properties, contains significant quantities of expensive and scarce elements of tungsten and cobalt, as well as lanthanum, all this makes it less promising for widespread introduction into the industry.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the resistance when cutting.
ζ To achieve the indicated 1 , the proposed steel additionally contains manganese in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
Carbon 1.6-3.0
Manganese 1-2.5
Chrome 2.8-3.4
3 761397 · 4
Vanadium 2.6-3.2
Molybdenum 2.6-3.2 Titanium '3.0-6.0
Nitrogen 0.1-0.3
Bor 0.05-0.26

Additional manganese addition
with an increased content of carbon, vanadium, titanium, nitrogen and boron and a reduced content of chromium and molybdenum, they lead to a significant increase in wear resistance and cutting properties, to an improvement in the foundry properties and reduction of the mechanical and operational characteristics.
Offered steel after heat treatment according to the mode: hardening ό;
temperatures 1240 ° - 1280'C; the subsequent three-time tempering at 560 C has the following mechanical properties:
1 Hardness, NCS 63-65
Red hardness
at 600 ° C, 4 h, NCM 60-61
Tensile strength
with bending, hg / mm and 180
10 impact strength
