Description
The invention relates to warehousing and can also be used in technical processes for the temporary accumulation of goods between technological posts.
[1].Known transport and storage system, mainly the area of technological posts, containing racks and stacker cranes [1].
However, the known system does not provide the necessary performance when servicing the site of technological posts, as it contains a double rack and one stacker crane.
[2].A transport-storage system is known, mainly a section of technological posts containing a rack with cells open on both sides, a craning stacker mounted on each side of the rack equipped with a drive gripper that is movably mounted on its column [2].
However, the known system is unreliable in operation, since parallel-operating stacker cranes may stop at the same cell for loading or unloading at the same time, which is unacceptable.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the reliability of the system ·

This is achieved by the fact that each crane stacker is equipped with a moving horizontal horizontally driving cam and sensor for locking the actuator of displacement 5, mounted in the upper part of the column above the rack with the possibility of interaction of the sensor of one stacker crane with the copier of the other stacker crane.

The transport and storage system consists of a single-row stacked rack 1, two stackers 2 and 3, located on both sides of the rack 1. Each stacker 2 or 3 is equipped with a telescopic gripper 4, having the ability
7.0 extension to both sides of the drive 5. On the grip 4 there is a container 6. On the side opposite to the rack 1, to the stackers 2 or 3 there are placed trolleys 7.
7613865 In the upper part of each stacker 2 or 3 there is a copier 8 fixed on, for example, a slider 9. The slider 9 can be moved in the guides 10 by means of a magnet 11. A spring 12 serves to return the copier 8 to its original position.
8.The stacker 13 is fixed to the stacker at the level corresponding to the level of the copier 8 of the first stacker. The pull-out copier 8 of the second stacker is fixed at the level of the switch 13 of the first stacker. This eliminates the possibility of collision copiers 8.
Work site technological posts as follows.
е.The worker sets the address, and stacker 2 or 3 begins to work on it. At the same time, the computer and addressing system determine the route of the stackers 2 or 3, which approach the given cell of the rack 1, take the container 6, take it to the given trolley 7 and install the gripper 4. The transportable container 6 carries the trolley 7 to the technological post. During the return stroke, the same truck brings the container 6 with the processed parts to the place of loading. The stacker 2 or 3, executing the newly specified command, removes the container 6 with the telescopic gripper 4 and delivers it to the given cell of the rack 1. In this case, because the rack 1 is installed between two rows of machines, the transfer of containers 6 from one row of machines to another is carried out through rack 1 using the hooks of 4 stackers 2 or 3. Stacker 2 or 3 at the time of stopping near the cell of the rack 1 advances its copier 8. If another stacker stops against the same vertical row of cells, then its switch 13 is at the same level asCopier 8 of the first stacker, drive 5 blocks their jaws 4 and the magnet 11 of its copier 8, t. e.
Так обеспечивается надежность и безопасность при одновременной работе двух штабелёров 2 и 3 сa stacker that came up later will wait for the first stacker to finish working, and only after it leaves will have the opportunity to work out the program laid down in it. In all other cases, both stackers will work out their programs simultaneously. This ensures reliability and safety during the simultaneous operation of two stackers 2 and 3 with
