Предлагаемый способ изготовлени гнезд дл нгол в цилиндрах трикотажных машин дает возможность устранить наиболее трудоемкую операцию фрезеровани многих сотен пазов на наружной поверхности цилиндра, служащих дл направлени игол. Особенностью предлагаемого способа вл етс то, что дл образовани гнезд применены разделительные пластинки, укрепленные на гладком цилиндре при помощи замка в форме ласточкина хвоста и кольцевого обруча.The proposed method of manufacturing nest holes in the cylinders of knitted machines makes it possible to eliminate the most time-consuming operation of milling many hundreds of grooves on the outer surface of the cylinder, which serve to guide the needles.
