Description

The existing methods of cleaning rubble under the rail grille are based on the fact that rubble is removed from the grate on the side of the road, after which it is picked up in various ways, fed into screens and cleaned. The waste is thrown to the side by the conveyor system, and the rubble is cleaned back under the rail grille.

Such methods of cleaning rubble complex, time consuming and not effective in exploitation.

According to the invention, it is proposed to clean the rubble on the spot without removing it from under the rail grid. For this, a special drive ripper is mounted under the rail rail on the side of the path to the lower part of the crushed-stone prism, spliced above the screen. The rubble is divided into two fractions and the fines are blown out of the rumble by steam or compressed air.

FIG. Figures 1 and 2 depict the proposed shaving-cleaning machine in two projections. The machine is a cast box consisting of two halves: the upper / and the lower 2. The upper half / is performed in the frame in which the wire sieve is inserted.

This part is a vibrating screen. The thunder of the machine rests on the lower cast frame from the front on the hinge pins 3, and from the rear on the springs 4 so that the upper part can oscillate relative to the lower frame.

The screen receives vibrations from eccentrics or cranks 5 through cranked levers 6 liters and 7 mounted on the machine frame.

In order to loosen the crushed stone cushion and facilitate the dragging of the screen in the crushed prism above the screen, there is a drive cultivator consisting of a series of rotating shafts 8 equipped with forked teeth.

The shafts 8 are interconnected by a chain drive with sprockets 9. The drive of the ripper and the vibrating screen are driven by two electric motors 10.

When the machine is moving, the screen suspended from the ballasting machine is smashed with its front part under the crushed-stone prism. At the same time, the rotating forked teeth of the ripper ticker the rubble, comb it, as a result of which the lower layer of rubble is enriched with fines, and the upper one releases it from it.

Waste is discharged either mechanically by means of a scraper conveyor, either steam or compressed air.
