По этому способу, с целью упрощени  технологии, сокраи1ени  р бочего времени и снижени  расхода коллекторной .меди, предлагаетс  из листовой меди штамповать заготовки в виде полос с зубчатыми кромками . Полосы изгибают на оправках в кольца, зубцы отгибают внутрь кольца с образованием петушков и заготовку онрессовывают пластмас сой дл  образовани  втулки, после чего разрезают заготовку по образующим поверхности коллектора на отдельные коллекторные пластины.According to this method, in order to simplify the technology, to reduce the working time and to reduce the consumption of collector media, it is proposed to stamp billet from copper sheet into stripes with serrated edges. Сначала штампуетс  медна  заготовка. Штамповку можно производить либо на компаундиом штампе, либо па специальном штампе путем «выкатываии  профил . Длина заготовки определ етс  числом пластин изготовл емого коллектора. Затем производитс  изгиб заготовки в кольцо на специальной оправке и отгибание ее концов па гибочном штампе с образованием петушков. Опрессовка заготовки пластмассой производитс  в обычной пресс-форме и технологический процесс не отличаетс  от существующего. Последней операцией  вл етс  разрезание коллектора на отдельные коллекториые пластины и одновременна  фрезеровка шлицов в петушках.First, the copper blank is stamped.
