Description
II
The invention relates to refrigeration engineering, in particular to methods of operation of vertical tubular evaporators.
1.Methods are known for operating submerged vertical tubular evaporators by supplying heat to the outer surface of the pipes, boiling the refrigerant on the inner surface of the pipes and draining the refrigerant vapor, and also maintaining the level of liquid refrigerant inside the pipes 1.
Their disadvantage is low heat transfer efficiency, large refrigerant capacity and non-isothermal surface at the evaporators.
These disadvantages are partially eliminated in the known methods of operation of vertical tubular evaporators containing a sealed enclosure with a bundle of pipes connected to the upper and lower collectors and capillary-porous inserts installed in pipes with a gap by supplying liquid refrigerant to the upper collector to form in it a layer of liquid, creating on the inner surfaces of the inserts a film of liquid, followed by its evaporation when heat is supplied from the pipes, draining the formed steam through the steam channels
2.inside the inserts and the upper collector and drainage of fluid from the lower collector 2.
Недостатком этих способов работы вл етс невозможность обеспечени изотермичности поверхности вертикального трубчатого испарител .The disadvantage of these methods of operation is the impossibility of ensuring that the surface of the vertical tubular evaporator is isothermal.
The aim of the invention is to improve the performance of vertical tube evaporators by providing isothermal surfaces for the pipes.
This is achieved by the fact that the film is created by supplying a liquid refrigerant to the outer surfaces of the inserts and by alternating throttling the liquid along their height from the pressure of the hydrostatic liquid column in the gaps between the pipes and inserts to the pressure in the steam channel and the height
15 сло жидкости в верхнем коллекторе и отвод жидкости из нижнего коллектора регулируют дозированной автоматической подачей жидкого хладагента в верхний коллектор .15 layers of fluid in the upper manifold and discharge of fluid from the lower manifold are controlled by dosed automatic supply of liquid refrigerant to the upper manifold.
The drawing shows a vertical pipe 20, a vaporized evaporator, implementing the proposed method.
