Description
6,The invention relates to an evaporator technique, namely, samples for corrosion tests. A known corrosion test specimen containing two layers of dissimilar metal and a dielectric l which holds them together. The closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved result is a sample for corrosion tests, containing alternating layers of the investigated metal and layers of dielectric 2 connecting them. The lack of samples is the low accuracy of tests carried out with their help, especially in thin electrolyte layers, since the relationship between the metal and dielectric layers is uncertain, which leads to the loss of part of the metal surface from measurements and the possibility of using a hydrophobic dielectric to changing the process of forming an electrolyte layer on the sample surface. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the tests. The goal is achieved due to the fact that a dielectric is used, the hydrophilicity of which corresponds to the metal's hydroxide, and the thickness g of the metal is selected from the ratio j.50K-h S Vf the thickness of the dielectric layer; an experimentally determined coefficient depending on the polarization characteristics of the system under study; the thickness of the electrolyte layer; electrolyte resistivity; the maximum possible corrosion rate in the system under study; valid measurement error. The drawing shows a pattern of the sample contains alternating and 1 test material and the dielectric layers 2 that constitute them. A metal is connected through one conductor 3 through one and connected to auxiliary current leads 4, connected to the source 5, is stabilized by a voltage and a voltage meter 6,
