(54) METHOD FOR PROCESSING OF GEAR TRANSFER
The invention relates to testing gears with dotted touches of helical teeth having convex and concave surfaces that form an external engagement. By its technical essence and the effect achieved, the closest to the invention is the method of running in a gear with convex and concave tooth surfaces, which consists in providing contact between the leg of the convex and the head of the concave tooth profiles; load transfer and run-in 1. The disadvantage of this method is the duration of burn-in. The purpose of the invention is to accelerate the burn-in. This is achieved by additionally providing contact between the head of the convex and the leg of the concave tooth profiles. The drawing shows a gear transmission, running in this method. The transmission contains gear 1 with helical teeth, having a convex evolvent profile and forming with it a two-involute gearing-wheel 2, the teeth of which have a concave profile close to the equidistant elongated evolvent. Prior to running-in, the radius of curvature / i of the convex evolvent profile at the calculated theoretical point of contact located in the end section is performed with a large radius of curvature J3j of the concave profile at the same point, with J (1.3-1.7) X. After the break-in, the teeth surfaces become profile-matched, and the radii of curvature at the theoretical point of contact and the total end section become equal, which increases the reduced radius of curvature, decreases the contact stresses in the mesh and increases the transmission capacity. To accelerate the break-in, the hardness of the surfaces of the teeth of the wheels is chosen greater than the hardness of the teeth of the pinion.
