Description
Данные, полученные дл исследованных композиций, а также соответствуюшие данные дл композиции НИИФОХ-4 приведены в таблице.in the following ratio of components,, wt.%: 2-Oxy-3-methoxybenzmethyllaminobenzo, 0-0-0,25 Base oil Up to 100. It is desirable to use petroleum or synthetic oil and petroleum oil with an additive of 20-30 wt.% Of adishish esters as a base oil. Esters are introduced both to improve the lubricity of the base and to improve the solubility of o-vanilolaniline in the base. To obtain chemical properties, oil or synthetic bases of various chemical structure and physicochemical properties are used: liquid paraffin (MRTU 38-1-239-66), Industrial Oil-50 (GOST 38-1-233-66) and the same oils with the addition of 20-30% by weight of adipic acid complex esters, polymethyl-20 chlorophenylsiloxane liquid XC-2-1 (TU 6-02-04-73), polyethylsiloxane liquid74 V 4 KOCTb PES-C-2, which are mixed with o-vanipop nipine In vitro rnvKalolaniline when heated ri: lOO C in the above ratios. After peremesh vani get oil, ready to eat. . Lubricating properties are investigated on the machine of face friction. Movable samples of cylindrical shape 0-5 mm are made of bronze BR.OF 6-0.25, steel - in the form of a plate of steel 45. Sliding speed 0.8 m / s. Samples processed in grade 8 and purity. washed with diesel ether. The loading is stepwise, the test duration is 5 hours. The maximum Hai ruzka is fixed, at which the mode of selective transfer is maintained, the friction coefficient. Wear is determined by a gravimetric method based on the difference in weight of the samples before and after the five hour test. The data obtained for the studied compositions, as well as the corresponding data for the composition NIIFKh-4 are given in the table.

Comparison of the results for the tested liquids and for the compositions of the same liquids with o-vanillans indicates a significant improvement in the lubricating properties of synthetic and petroleum bases. At the same time, the load characteristics (Mouths) of the antifriction properties (tr) and the wear resistance (vig) of the friction unit depend on the concentration of o-vanilolaniline. Concentrations corresponding to the maximum effectiveness of the additive are practically independent of the nature of the base and lie in the range of 0.05-0.2 wt.%. The maximum load due to the addition of o-vanilolaniline can be increased by 1.5-2.5 times, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 3-10 times, and the weight wear rate is reduced by 1-2 times compared with the corresponding values for pure oils.
В частности, нагрузЬчные характеристики и весова интенсивность в 1,3 раза лучше при том же коэффиииенте трени .The comparison of the above data with similar data on Scientific Research Institute of Chemical Physics-4 indicates the best lubricating properties of the proposed composition. In particular, the load characteristics and the weight intensity are 1.3 times better with the same friction coefficient.
The observed improvement in the lubricating properties of petroleum and synthetic oils when o-vanilolan-Ilein is added is associated with the implementation of selective transfer in the friction unit steel-shtav copper.
Thus, it follows from the above data that the lubricating properties of fundamentally different bases can be improved by the addition of o-vanilol Nilin at the expense of the implementations and in the training unit of selective transfer.
