Description
The invention relates to polymeric compositions, in particular, to a polyvinyl acetate dispersion and can be used in chemical industry. Lignylate acetate dispersion has a number of unique properties (high adhesion, aggregative stability, penetrating ability, etc.), due to which it is a component of many materials; adhesives, film coatings, mastic, paints, primers, rust modifiers l3. It is obtained by polymerization of the composition, (wt.%) 39.94c, 2 vinyl acetate, 3.7-2.9. Polyvinyl alcohol, 0.1-0.09 formic KHC sweats, 0.0002-0,00018 iron sulphate 0.7 -0.6 hydrogen peroxide, 0.60, 4 ammonia water, 6.5-4.5 dibutyl phthalate and the rest water. The disadvantage of this dispersion is that it does not possess mushroom resistance and is exposed to biocorrection. The purpose of the invention is to impart a dispersion of mushroom resistance. This is achieved by the fact that the polyvinyl acetate dispersion is additionally known as alkyl benzyl pyridinium chloride (catapine) in the following ratio of components, wt. h. Polyvinyl acetate dispersion 100 Alkylbenzylpyridinium chloride, 7-1.3 Catapine is introduced into the finished dispersion at 2 & C for 20 minutes with continuous stirring, then continue stirring for another 2 hours. In tab. 1 shows the physico-chemical properties of polyvinyl acetate dispersion. With and without catapine. The fungus resistance of the polyvinyl acetate dispersion with the minimum, optimum and maximum amounts of catapine is determined according to GOST 13410-67 by method A-1, A-C and B. The results are shown in Table. 2.. The addition of a catapin less than 0.7 wt.% Does not impart the mushroom resistance of the polyvinyl acetate dispersion, and the additive is more

In addition, dispersion studies were carried out with other fungicidal additives.
About 25 fungicides from different classes of chemical compounds were studied, in particular, ammonium tetrafluoroborate, merthiolate, a solution of polyethyleneimine and trichlorophenol, monochloroacetoamine rosin. грибостойкости дисперсии, другие повышают ее грибостойкость, но ухудшают 4 зикс -химические свойства.fungus resistance dispersion, others increase its fungus resistance, but worsen 4 Zix-chemical properties.
Tests show that with the introduction of catapine, the polyvinyl acetate dispersion does not undergo the destructive action of mold fungi, and its physicochemical properties are not deteriorated all at once.
1The application of the invention will significantly increase the service life of the dispersion and expand its scope. Table 1
