Description
. Недостатком известного способа вл етс отсутствие возможности регулировки перепада давлени при изменении режима работы агрегата, вл ющегос источником газовых выбросов .The invention relates to a technique for wet gas cleaning, in particular, to cleaning flue gases from fine dust particles, and contributes to a significant reduction in atmospheric pollution. A known method for cleaning gases from fine dust particles, based on the use of diffusiophoresis, i.e. the use of the condensation effect of gases cooled by supersaturated water vapors to increase the efficiency of the collection of suspended particles 1. The closest solution to the invention in its technical essence and the achieved result is sp. gas wet cleaning, including saturation and supersaturation of gases with water vapor, condensation; and coagulation of dust particles with subsequent washing 2. In the known method, rapid cooling of supersaturated gases to a temperature below the dew point occurs due to the adiabatic expansion of gases as a result of the pressure drop in the Venturi throat. When this occurs, water vapor condenses and dust particles become larger. The amount of condensed water vapor depends on the decrease in the temperature of purification of 1x gases, which is achieved in this case, creating a pressure drop by the Venturi pipe, and the magnitude of which depends on the velocity of the gases entering the treatment. Thus, even an insignificant change in the amount, and hence in the velocity of the gases, leads to a significant change in the pressure drop. So, - with an increase in the number of gases, the pressure drop in the venturi pipe increases significantly and may exceed the residual value for effective condensation, which will lead to an irrational increase in energy costs. Conversely, with a decrease in the amount of gases, the pressure drop decreases significantly, and its size becomes insufficient for effective koH condensation, which will lead to a decrease in the number of coarse particles and a deterioration of dust collection. . The disadvantage of this method is the inability to adjust the pressure drop when changing the mode of operation of the unit, which is a source of gas emissions.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of gas cleaning under varying dustiness and quantities of gas to be purified,
The goal is achieved by spraying liquid flows against each other in the Glut zone perpendicular to the gas flow, and the pressure difference between the saturation and supersaturation zones is 600-800 Pa.
е. движени , при котором эта жидкость распыливаетс ,The proposed method uses the phenomenon of a pressure drop between the outer (above the surface of the stream) and the inner (along the axis of the stream) zones of the flow of dropping liquid. Its value depends on the flow rate of the fluid and the irrigation density, i.e. the movement in which this liquid is sprayed,
The differential pressure between the outer and inner zones, the drop of liquid droplet is. Pa: 550.0; 670.0; 750.0 and 800.0, and irrigation pressure. liquids, kPa; -600, 800, 1000 and 1200 respectively.
Это вление, мюжет быть использовано дл регулировани конденсадии вод ных паров при перепаде давлени (за счет адиабатического расширени газов),This phenomenon can be used to control the condensation of water vapor at a pressure drop (due to adiabatic expansion of gases),
The high-speed stream of sprayed liquid is formed using jet-vortex sprays, providing a spray of liquid with an opening angle of the torch 30 and a drop size of 400-600 microns.
The pressure drop in this case does not depend on the amount of gases, but only on the pressure of the fluid flow at which it is sprayed. The change in pressure in the range of 600–120 kPa allows one to regulate the intensity of condensation of water vapor and, accordingly, the coagulation of dust particles depending on their size and dust content of the gas stream.
The drawing shows an implementation scheme for wet gas cleaning using a device containing saturation zones 1 and supersaturation 2 of gas with liquid vapors. In zone 2, sprayers 3 are installed, which are perpendicular to gas
The stream is supplied with a fluid under pressure of 600-1200 kPa. Fluid flows are applied towards each other, completely blocking the cross section of the duct. The differential pressure between saturation and supersaturation zones is
600-800 Pa. The device includes a Venturi pipe 4.
The method is as follows. in a way.
The gas stream is directed to the zone
1, where it is pressurized with liquid vapors and then enters supersaturation zone 2, where it is irrigated with liquid coming from the nozzles 3 and completely overlapping the cross section of the duct. Next, the gas stream enters the venturi tube, where the dust particles are coagulated and the gas stream is flushed.
When the dust content of the gas stream or the amount of fine dust particles increases, the dust collection efficiency can be maintained at a high level by increasing the fluid supply pressure to the sprayers. In the same way, it is possible to increase the efficiency of dust collection in the case when the mode of operation of the head unit is constant, i.e. the amount of gases, their dustiness and dispersion of dust
