Description
Эта система может быть выполнена либо стационарной , либо вращающейс .The invention relates to the processes of purification of natural and additional treatment of industrial waters and can be used mainly in the technology of purification of drinking water. A known method of washing the granular load of high-speed filters includes lowering the water level in the filter to the edge of the side channel weir, loosening the load by sparging it with compressed air and then weighing the load in an upstream water flow 1. from the grain loading, reduce the flow of wash water, eliminate the possibility of a shift of gravel layers. This is achieved by the fact that when bubbling with compressed air through the entire thickness of the load, it is loosened. When air bubbles move through the pore space, the loading of the soil is not only scrubbed from the grains, but also dispersed, thereby facilitating their removal by an upward flow of water from the filter. The disadvantages of the method are the complication of the washing technology, as well as its appreciation due to the need for special equipment for supplying compressed air to the load (blowers or compressors, receivers, main pipelines with stop valves on them). A known method of washing the granular load of high-speed filters includes lowering the water level in the filter, loosening the upper loading layer and weighing it in an upward flow of water 42. The essence of this method is that the water jets leaving at a high speed (20-25 m / s) from the openings of the upper washing system, before weighing the load in the ascending stream of water, cemented the crust formed at the end of the filter cycle in the upper layer downloads. In addition to the main distribution system (located in the gravel layer of the filter), a piping system for upper flushing is necessary for the implementation of the method. This system can be performed either stationary or rotating.
Due to the presence of an additional distribution system, supplying pipelines to it, the metal intensity of the structure as a whole increases.
,The purpose of this invention is to simplify and cheapen the technology of washing the granular loading of the quick filters. ,
This goal is achieved by lowering the water level in the filter below the top loading layer, and loosening it is carried out by air displaced from the load by an upward flow of water supplied with an intensity of 40-60% of the intensity needed for weighing the load.
The method is explained in the drawing.
11.This washing method is implemented in the construction of an open fast filter, which includes a housing 1, a granular load 2 with a supporting gravel layer 3 in which the pipes 4 of the drainage distribution system are located, the grooves 5 installed above the load 2, open 6 and pressure 7 channels equipped with pipelines for supply of treated water 8, supply of wash water 9, drainage of filtrate 10 and removal of waste water 11.
,The process of clarification of water in the specified filter is carried out at its delivery from the top to the bottom according to the generally accepted technology in this case. ,
The process of washing the granular material is done in the following sequence.
The slide valve 10 on the pipeline closes and the valves on the pipelines 8 and I open. The air by the upward flow of water supplied with an intensity of 40-60% of the intestism required for weighing the load is displaced from the load, loosening it. . ,,
Since during the first stage of washing (when lowering the level of time,
