1.(54) FOREST-CUTTING MACHINE The invention relates to the field of mechanization of forestry, in particular, to devices of forest-planting machines for planting forest cultures in difficult relief conditions. There are tree-planting machines, the rollers of which are rigidly c &inter; and spring-loaded relative to the frame of the machine l. Forest graders are also known, in which the trailing rollers are independently one of the two; they are suspended from the frame of the machine and spring-loaded with respect to the latter 2. A disadvantage of the known forest-planting machines is that they do not ensure a uniform pressing of the rollers to the rolling surface when working in complex reliefs | 1st in lh x. When meeting with micro-elevations or micro-depressions, one of the rollers will grifet to the rolling surface, respectively, stronger or weaker than the other 2 | or one of the rollers will hang above the rolling surface fl. Due to the uneven pressure of the rollers on the soil from different sides of the planting plant, the quality of soil compaction on the plant is drastically reduced (new plant systems, which, in turn, reduces their survival. The purpose of the invention is to ensure seeding of the sun beds in depth in difficult relief conditions. This chain is achieved by the fact that the leads of the tandem rollers are kinematically connected to themselves through an equal-arm rocker, the axis of rotation of which is spring-loaded in a vertical plane. side view of the tree-planting machine; fig, 2 is the same, vnd behind when the machine is running on a level plot; on the FNG 3 - the same, when the machine is operated on a slope, the tree-planting machine includes p & 1 with a mounted device 2, which the coulter 3 is reinforced, the support-driving wheels 4, the landing gear 5, connected to the support-drive wheels and the chain transmission 6, the bunker 7. 10 vertically movable relative to but last. The guide sleeves 10 are rigidly fixed on the frame 1.
In the upper part, the leashes 9 are interconnected between themselves by means of hinges 11 by an equal-arm rocker 12, the pivot axis 13 of which is mounted in the guide cup 14 with the possibility of ticking by means of the spring 15. The guide cup is rigidly fixed on the frame 1 of the machine.
By adjusting the spring 15, the necessary tightening of the rollers against the soil surface is provided.
Forest planter works as follows.
During the forward movement, the vomer 3 forms a landing slit. The supporting wheel drive 4 by means of a chain transmission 6 drives the landing gear 5, which picks up seedlings from the bunker 7 and feeds them into the landing slot. Sealing the roots of the soil with soil is carried out by rolling rollers 8, which move the soil to the middle of the landing gap and compact it.
п.) Due to the fact that the leashes 9 close up rollers 8 constantly interact with an equal-arm rocker 12, whose axis 13 is spring-loaded, the pressure exerted by both rollers on the soil surface is always the same, since the arms of applying a compressed spring 15 to the levers 9 always remain constant 8. E1strecha one of the sealing rollers 8 with uneven terrain (bump, mok, etc.) will cause movement
3) всегда оказьщают одинаковое давление на поверхность качени , что обеспечит равномерную и плотную заделку растений в почве, и следовательно , улучшит качество посадки.upward or downward of the driver 9 in the guide sleeve 10 and the corresponding joint 11. In this case, respectively, the axis 13 of the rocker arms 12 will move up and down and the spring 15 will compress or slightly release the spring will cause some increase or decrease in its pressure by Oct. 13 and, consequently, on both rollers 8. However, the increased or reduced spring pressure on the axis 13 is automatically distributed equally between the rollers 8, since the shoulders exerting pressure force of the spring 15 on the rollers 9 of the rollers remain the same. Thus, the driving rollers 8 of the machine, regardless of whether they work on a flat surface (Fig. 2) or on a surface with intersected relief (Fig. 3), always exert equal pressure on the rolling surface, which will ensure uniform and dense plant embedding in the soil, and therefore, improve the quality of landing.
