Y35Y1S gear with the drive shaft, locatedHbiM coaxially with the axis of rotation of the balancer. FIG. 1 shows a machine during the development of a trench, general view; in fig. 2 working organ, side view; in fig. 3 is a section A-A in FIG. 3 (roTOpa drive circuit) j in FIG. 4 is a section BB in FIG. 3 (cxeivia rotor drive). The device for the development of narrow deep trenches consists of a base machine, carriage 2, along which the guide frame 3 moves with the dry gear 4. At the lower end of the frame 3 the balance bar 5 is snugly fixed with the possibility of radial feeding in the longitudinal plane of the trench. On the balance bar 5 is mounted. The central upper rotor was mounted 6 and two.,. -7- - lateral lower rotors 7 with horizontal axis of rotation. The width of the rotors 6 and 7 provides for the overlapping of the aisles with the development of soil by rotors equipped with forming knives and moving along with the frame 3 along the ticked one. The rotors of rotation of the rotors 6 and 7 are equally removed from the axis of attachment of the balance bar 5. The rotors b and 7 are driven from the gearmotor 8 via a bevel gear 9 and parallel chain gears 10 and 11, the drive shaft 12 of the chain gears being mounted along the axis of rotation of the balance bar 5. Body balance-. Section 5 hermetically closes the gears 9, 10 and 11. The central rotor 6 is mounted on the balance bar 5 by means of external bearings, and the chain gear 10 is installed laterally from the rotor. The side rotors 7 are mounted using internal bearings located between them, and a chain drive 11 is installed between the side rotors. The balancer 5 is connected to the lever 13 with the stem of the electric cylinder 14 mounted on the frame 3. The hinge joint of the lever 13 and tptok is also connected to the boom 3 by means of the crank 15 and below the balance bar 5 is mounted the pulpo receiver 16 connected by a pipe 17 with a sieve hydro cyclone (not shown). from the trench in the form of soil nyrtbtibi, separated by rotors 6 and 7 from the array. Soil digging is carried out as follows. When the rotors b and 7 are turned on, the working body is submerged into the ground by mixing down the frame 3 and periodically turning the balance bar 5. As the trench develops, the trench is filled with a clay mortar to protect the trench walls from collapsing. The developed soil together with the clay solution in the form of puppe enters the pulp-receiver 16 and is carried to the surface by pipeline 17. When the design depth of the trench is reached, the base machine 1 moves along the axis of the trench to be cut by an amount equal to the thickness of the cut soil chips. Moving the top frame 3 and rotating the rotors 6 and 7 1 |) Produces vertical cutting of the soil layer by layer. After the rotors 6 and 7 reach the surface, the working body is lowered to full depth, then the base machine 1 n moves by the amount of cutting chips and the trench development is again carried out by moving the frame 3 up, n "к, .. The bottom of the trenches is leveled. By turning the balance bar 5 by 90, the rotors B and 7 are installed at the bottom of the trench. Claim 1. A device for developing deep trenches, having a carriage mounted on the undercarriage with a guide frame on which a working member is fixed, having a drive and a discharge pipe with a pulp receiver, characterized in that the chain of increasing the efficiency of the digging process and reducing energy intensity removal of the soil from the trench, the working body is made of the middle and two side pOTOipoa, the axis of rotation of which is connected to the guide frame with the help of a balancer and the mechanism of its rotation relative to the axis is fixed and the balance bar to the guide frame. 2. The device according to claim 1, that is, the mechanism of rotation of the balancer is made of a hydropic link installed on the guide frame, the jaws of which are connected to the balance bar by means of a hinged link, and a hinge joint the lever with the rod is connected to the guide frame with a crank. 3. The device according to claims. 1 and 2, that is, since the axles are rotated, the rotors are equidistant from the center of the balance bar and connected to the axle gear with a drive shaft located coaxially with the axis of rotation of the balance bar.
