Description

Исследовани  в области растворени  соединений никел  показали, что сульфид никел  значительно легче раствор етс , чем закись и силикат никел .Hydrometallurgical processing of oxidized nickel ores has not yet received practical use due to the high consumption of reagents and low metal recovery. In oxidized ores, nickel is found in a silicate farm, the solubility of which is not high under normally used solvents and under normal conditions. Studies on the dissolution of nickel compounds have shown that nickel sulphide dissolves much more easily than nickel oxide and nickel silicate.

The proposed method is based on the fact that nickel silicate is converted to sulfide by sulfonating oxidized ore with sulfur, after which the sulfonation product, containing a large amount of iron sulfide, is leached with ammonia solution. Under these conditions, the nickel and cobalt are dissolved in the solution, and the iron remains in the residue. The consumption of ammonia is small, since the decomposition of the ammonia complex causes ammonia solutions to return to leaching.

Subject invention

,A method of hydrometallurgical processing of oxidized nickel ores, characterized in that the ore is pre-sulphated and then leached with ammonia solution when heated in the presence of oxygen ..,
