Description
The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in the development of deposits: minerals with bookmarking of high-tech production. The composition of the filling mixture is known, containing potash ore dressing waste (9698, 5%), quick lime (1-3%), bischofite. (0.5-1%) and water 1. However, this composition has a low mass strength (7-21 kgf / cm) and a high mixture cost. The known composition of the mixture for the hardening bookmark of the developed space, containing the enrichment of potash ores (48.054%), clay: sludge (25.0-27.0%), cement (4.0-8.0%) and water (17.5 -18.5%) (2). However, the composition has a low strength of the bookmark array (28-48 kgf / cm), high cost, and a short time to mix the mixture. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of the bookmark, increase the time of scooping and reduce the cost of the mixture. The goal is achieved by the fact that, as a mortar, it contains carnallite chlorinator wastes and additionally contains liquid velvet concentrates with the following ratio of components, wt.%: Potash ore beneficiation 47-60 Clay slime10-12 Carnallite chlorinator wastes8 - 20 Liquid red concentrates 0, 7-1,5 Water Else. Entering carnallite chlorinators into the waste mixture increases the pulping mass of the bookmark array, and the addition of liquid sulphurous concentrates (CBI), which are sulphitecellulose production wastes, increases the plasticity and timing of the mixture, which is important for gravity transport of the mixture through pipes. The composition of the mixture was prepared by mixing the componet. Waste enrichment of potash ores with a moisture content of 6-8% was mixed with waste carnallite chlorinators. To the resulting mixture is added or clay mud with moisture
60%, pre-mixed with KBM humidity 50%. By varying the amount of waste of carnallite chlorinators and KBL, four mixture compositions were obtained (see Table 1). The compositions are based on humidity. Water was added to obtain a mobility of the mixture equal to 11 D-11 cm of sediment of the StroCNIIL cone.
The obtained ready-made samples of the mixture withstand a certain time and tested their compressive strength.
2.The test results of the samples are given in table 2.
4.As can be seen from the table. 2, the main indicators of strength (120-161 kgf / cm) significantly exceed the accuracy of the known composition, and compositions 3 and 4 are optimal.
The proposed formulation also has a lower mixture cost due to the use of a cheaper slurry.
Состав позвол ет утилизировать каменную соль, котора занимает большие территории и отрицательно действует на почву, глинистый шлам и КБЖ, вл ющиес отходами производства .The composition allows the disposal of rock salt, which occupies a large area and has a negative effect on the soil, clay slurry and CBM, which are waste products.
The use of hardening;: bookmarks will increase the coefficient of extraction of potash deposits.
