FIG. 1 shows the proposed hopper with the side wall removed, general view; in fig. 2 - room and bunker, cross section; in fig. 3 - the capacity of the proposed bunker, the plan. The bunker has a cumulative capacitance 1 of rectangular shape, installed in a cooled room, above which ice-makers 2 are located. To overlap the room above capacitance 1, guides 3 of I-section are fixed. On the surfaces of the guides facing the inside of the tank, there is a leveler dump 4, the frame 5 of which is equipped with wheels 6 and a double-sided plow 7. On the leveler dump 4 there is an endless cable 8, thrown over the block 9, a friction drum 10 located on the end walls of the tank 1 The drum 10 is driven by the electric drive 11. At the ends of the guides 3, end switches 12 are installed. In the deepening of the bottom of the tank 1 there is an endless scraper chain 13 passing through the notches of the end walls of the tank Together with the drive sprocket 14 and skirting sprockets 15-17 unloading scraper conveyor. On the outside. the surfaces of the guides 3 on the wheels 6 are suspended on the floor frame 18, on which, like on the base, the hinges 20 of the rippers 20 and of a larger diameter are picked up by rotating from the electric drive 19 the screw augers 21. The screw surfaces of the screws have a different direction of winding and converge over the scraper chain 13. To the frame 18 on both sides, with the help of hitch, endless traction chains 22 are attached, passing through the deflection sprockets 23 and the drive sprockets 24, rotated by the hydraulic motor 25 through the gearbox and shaft. The drive is powered by a cable gland. The bunker works as follows. Ice produced by ice makers 2 is freely dumped into accumulative tank 1 (cable 8 does not affect the quality of filling), forming a cone of repose. When the top of the cone reaches the level of the upper edge of the tank 1, the electric drive I is turned on, which, rotating the drum 10 through the endless cable 8, causes the leveling blade 4 to reciprocate. Reverse of the drive 11 takes place when the limit switches 12 operate. moves ice piled forward and sideways, filling the void of the tank, regardless of the direction of movement of the leveler. If the frame 18 is in the backfill zone, the actuator 11 is turned on simultaneously with the beginning of the filling of the container 1, ensuring the filling of the container while simultaneously dropping ice from the frame 18. The unloading takes place as follows. The scraper chain 13 is set in motion. From the tank 1, a part of the ice is taken, captured by the scraper chain 13. Power is supplied to the electric actuator 19, which rotates the pickers 20 and the balers 21. The larger diameter of the balers 21 provides for preliminary trimming of the detachable the layer of ice and facilitates its subsequent collapse with the loosening screws 20. The direction of winding the screw surface of the screws 20 and 21 ensures the discharge of loosened ice to the scraper chain 13. When power is supplied to the hydraulic motor 25 The latter, through the gearbox and shaft, rotates the drive sprockets 24, causing the endless traction chains 22 to move and roll along the guides 3 through the couplings of the frame 18 with visiting screws 20 and 21. The screws, crashing into the ice mass, loosen it and drop it onto the driving scraper chain. 13, which removes ice from the tank. The hydraulic motor 25 is reversed to continue the work with the reverse movement of the frame 18. Depending on the direction of movement of the frame 18, one group of augers is in operation. The desired unloading capacity is achieved by changing the speed of the hydraulic motor. The proposed bunker design allows efficient use of production facilities at their minimum height, for example, in cramped ship conditions. The longer the capacity used, the more economical the design. Claim 1.
