Transistor inverters are known, which contain a master oscillator and a power amplifier made in a two-clock circuit on transistors 1. The main disadvantage of these inverters is the delay in closing the transistor, due to the absorption effect of excess carriers in its base. The circuit develops a short circuit mode, leading to increased dynamic loss of power in the transistors. To eliminate this mode, circuits with asymmetrical transistor control are used in which the duration of the opening pulse is shorter than the duration of the closing pulse. Known transistor inverter 2s with asymmetrical control are known, in which the resorption effect of the carriers is used either by means of an additional diode or by using a saturable core transformer with a rectangular hysteresis loop. Such schemes are uneconomical, the degree of asymmetry is relatively small. The closest technical solution to the invention is an inverter containing a master oscillator, the output of which is connected to the input of a push-pull power amplifier, made according to a common emitter circuit, whose transistor bases include resistors shunted by diodes, and a capacitor connected by one output to one of the the transistors of the power amplifier, while another capacitor lead is connected to the emitter of the same transistor 3. The disadvantage of this; the inverter is the low efficiency of the master oscillator when a number of capacitors, .podklyuchennyh parallelnobaza-emitter junction of the power amplifier transistors. The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency. The goal is achieved by the fact that an inverter containing a master oscillator, the output of which is connected to the input of a push-pull power amplifier, made according to a common emitter circuit, transistors of which include resistors shunted by diodes and a capacitor connected by one output to one of the transistors of the amplifier power, another capacitor lead is connected to the base of another transistor power amplifier. The drawing shows the inverter. It consists of a master oscillator 1, the load of which is a transformer 2 with control windings 3 and 4, through current-limiting resistors 5 6, shunted by diodes 7 and 8, control transistors 9 and .10, power amplifier 11, transformer 12, loads 13, diodes or zener diodes 14, 15, of the capacitor 16. The master oscillator is connected to the power amplifier via a transformer 2, the control winding 3 of which is connected parallel to the base-emitter junction of transistor 9 through parallel-connected resistor 5 and a diode 7, events 4 are connected in parallel to the base-emitter junction of transistor 10 through parallel-connected resistor b and diode 8. The bases of transistors 9 and 10 are connected to each other via a capacitor 16, diodes 14 are connected to their collectors, and diodes 14 are connected in parallel to the collector-emitter junction of transistors 15. Transistor inverter works as follows. In steady state, for the sake of voltage on the windings of the control NIN 3 and 4 transformer 2, shown in the drawing is not in brackets, the transistor .9 is open, and the transistor 10 is closed while the capacitor 16 is charged to a voltage equal to The minimum voltage across the base-emitter of the transistor 9 and the voltage on the winding 4 minus the direct voltage drop across the diode, and the voltage on the capacitor 16 is applied to the base of the transistor 9 and the minus to the base of the transistor 10. With the polarity of the control voltage on the windings 3 and 4 indicated in the clips As shown in the drawing, the locking voltage of the winding 3 through the direct transition of the diode 7 is fed to the base of the transistor 9, at which time it will be opened due to resorption of excess carriers in its base. The capacitor 16 at the moment of polarity change on the windings 3 and 4 has a positive effect on the open transition of diode 7 to the minus of winding 3, and the minus to the base of transistor 10, to which the opening voltage of winding 4 is applied through current limiting resistor. until the capacitance 16 is recharged through the resistor 6 and the diode 7 until the opening voltage of the transistor. The constant recharge time is chosen to be equal to or longer than the closing time of transistors 9 and 10, due to the appearance of excess carriers in their bases. When the polarity changes on the control windings 3 and 4, the processes are repeated. . When load. 13 is a rectifier with a capacitive load, the recharge time constant is chosen to be equal to or greater than the time equal to the sum of the closing times of the power amplifier transistors and the rectifying diodes. Formula of Invention An inverter containing a master oscillator, the output of which is connected to a two-stroke power amplifier, made according to a common emitter circuit, whose transistors have diodes bridged and one capacitor connected to the base of one of the transistors of a power amplifier that differs However, in order to increase the efficiency, another capacitor lead is connected to the base of another transistor power amplifier.
