Description
The invention relates to the field of automation and computer technology and can be used to measure the duration of interference pulses in complex devices and systems. A known method for measuring the duration of interference pulses / based on the ss of the measured and reference pulses of 1J. However, this method does not provide high accuracy in measuring the duration of fluctuating noise. distribution function 2; A disadvantage of the known method is the low accuracy of measuring the duration of fluctuation disturbances. To increase the accuracy of measuring the duration of fluctuation disturbances. according to the proposed method of measuring the duration of interference pulses, with each exposure, standard time intervals are formed, in which the number of random coincidences of reference and measured e1.1x pulses and, separately, the number of measured pulses are counted, and the ratio of each the distribution of counted quantities over the reference time intervals, calculate the duration of the impulses of the corresponding interference, while counting the number of random coincidences of the reference and measuring x pulses and, separately, the measured number of pulses are at the same time. FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of the device, the implementation of the described method; in fig. 2 and 3 are distribution diagrams for the first and second measurement channels. The device contains a generator of I pulses, element I 2, a driver 3, a distributor 4, counters 5, 6, 7 of the first measurement channel, counters 8 ,. 9, 10 of the second measurement channel. Switching the distributor 4, which controls the inputs of the counters 5 and 8, 6 and 9, 7 and 10 signals from the outputs 11, 12, 13, made the drivers
3, entailing etshonny intervals of time. At the beginning of each measurement cycle, from the output 14 of the distributor 4, an object occurs in the object in which the disturbances were measured, consisting of a short-term power cut-off. During the first reference time interval, the counting of the number of measured pulses and the number of random coincidences on the And 2 element of the measured and reference pulses of the generator 1 is carried out on counters 5 and 8, during subsequent periods on counters 6. and 9, 7 and 10, respectively.
The distribution diagrams of counted quantities in the reference time intervals (ha counters 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 of the first and second measurement channels) after conducting several measurement cycles are shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, respectively. The uniform components in the diagrams are pulsed interference, the distribution of which obeys the Poisson law, and normal - Fluctuation. The number of pulses per component of each component characterizes the number of pulsed and fluctuating interferences.
For the Second measurement channel (FIG. 3), the components calculate separately the number of pulsed and fluctuating noise signals received by the device, and for the first (Fig. 2) the number of pulsed and fluctuating noise signals that coincide randomly with the generator signals. Using these data, the durations of separate pulse and fluctuation noise are calculated by the formula:
Ч--Тз .H - Tz.
где tTj - длительность измер емых импульсов импульсных или флуктуационных помех; Тд иtg- параметры импульсов генератора 1;where tTj is the duration of the measured impulses of pulsed or fluctuating noise; Td and tg are the parameters of the generator 1 pulses;
- обшее количество импульсные или флуктуационных помех;- total number of pulsed or fluctuating noise;
1.- the number of pulsed or fluctuations, ion interference, coincidentally coinciding wx with the pulses of the generator 1.
