Description
(54) SEQUENTIAL INVERTER
2).-.-I The invention relates to DC / DC converters of increased frequency, made on the basis of a series inverter, and can be used, in particular, in converters intended for induction heating systems for metals. half bridge, where the load is connected via a capacitor to the AC output of the half bridge and to the midpoint of the fi b capacitors connected in series between the input terminals of the inverter, such an inverter ol is to receive an alternating voltage of high frequency voltage, but when working at rezkoperemennuyu load is required to take measures to limit the voltage rise on thyristors tl. To limit overvoltages, various, for example, transformer circuits for the removal of excess energy from the elements of the inverter oscillator circuit are used. However, the use of a transformer complicates the inverter t2l., The closest to the technical essence of this invention is the effect of the inverter, also made according to a half-bridge circuit, in which auxiliary DZZ valves are used to remove overvoltages. Oshshko in such an inverter when the current is switched from the auxiliary valve to the main thyristor, the rate of increase of the anodic current of the latter, determined by the parameters of the thyristor itself, is unacceptably high, which can lead to failure of the thyristors. Therefore, the reliability of the inverter is low. The aim of the invention is to increase reliability. This is achieved by the fact that a serial inverter containing main thyristors connected in series through switching inductors, filter capacitors connecting the input terminals to the output terminal, the sequential chain formed by two auxiliary thyristors connected to the switching circuits, inserted A separate throttle is connected, connected between the aforementioned output terminal and the auxiliary thyristor connection point. The basic electrical circuit of the inverter is shown in FIG. 1; The inverter contains the main thyristors 1 and 2.4 is the switching. A circuit consisting of a capacitor W, connected to - load 3, and a common point of chokes 6, 7, firovye capacitors 8 to 9, auxiliary thyristors 10 and 11, the suppressor throttle 12, the Inverter works as desired. The inverter thyristors are switched alternately in such a way that a variable high frequency current flows in the load. In this case, an auxiliary thyristor is unlocked on one popupperiod, for example, 1O, then main thyristor 1, and on another loop, first thyristor 11, then thyristor 2. When the main thyristor is unlocked, the current switches to the corresponding side of the auxiliary thyristor on the main one. Since there are some inductive elements in the circuit of both thyristors, the switching process takes a certain time, and the speed of charging the anodic current of the main thyristor is limited. For the same purpose, commutating throttles 6, 7 (Fig. 2) can be used (fully or partially) together with an additional choke.
Thus, the introduction of additional chokes allows one to reduce the rate of growth of the anode current of the thyristors, thereby increasing the reliability of the inverter. Formula, inventions Serial inverter, containing main thyristors, connected in series through commutating chokes, filter capacitors, st -. output pins with weekend,. and a serial chain formed by two auxiliary thyristors associated with commutating throttles, characterized in that, in order to increase its reliability, an additional choke is inserted in it, connected between the said output terminal and the point of connection of the auxiliary thyristors.
