Description
(54) OIL FOR SYNTHETIC THREADS
In the process of obtaining technical yarns, texturing textile yarns of the combined molding and stretching of yarns, the lubricants that reduce the friction of the fiber as it moves along the conductor and impart antistatic properties to the yarn are subject to temperatures of 18 O-20 C, therefore, for these The processes require the use of heat-resistant degradation compositions that are quickly and evenly applied to the thread during molding, ". . A mineral oil and surfactant-based lubricant lubricant is known as a mixture of sulfonated natural fats and oils, which is widely used in the production of textile and industrial yarns subjected to heat treatment J.1J. The heat spreader is not thermally cured, it occurs during heat treatment. burnout, which leads to the formation of flying on thermoelements in the tv fabrication chambers and exhaust irons, a decrease in the grade of the finished product and gas pollution of the working premises. Threads treated with lubricants BV, have a low ability to stretch. The purpose of the invention is to increase the heat resistance of lubricants and improve the processing capacity of the threads. This aim is achieved in that zymaslivatel based on mineral oils and surfactants contains, as surfactants glyceryl monooleate, a mixture oksietilirovanpyh synthetic fatty alcohols with an average degree oksietilirovami 1D, ethoxylated stearic acid having an average degree oksietiliropaii 6 mixture oksietilirovann1 , 1x higher fatty alcohols, with sretsig-n; tsl1opyu oxyethyl 2O and ethoxylated capropactam of the general formula: x Ngy s} Ng NgBYng - ZG (SNgeN20) “H in the following ratio of components. wt.%: Mineral oil55-58 Glycerol mono-oleate 14.7-15.4 Smolt ethoxylate Htix synthetic C-fB fatty acids C-fB Lubricant-doped-, 0, 51 0.46 0.05 + expected 1.2 Grease BB18, 60, 40 0.41 -4: PRI meper 1 By mixing; Compinents at 45-55 ° C with the following: ShyK1 cooled with stirring, this is followed by the following composition, weight,%: .... The molding speed is 475 m / min. The spinning of the formed thread is carried out at a temperature of 195 C and a speed of 219 m / min. The content of the sizing on the thread is 1%. In parallel, the threads are treated with a lubricant BV. In tab. 2 presents comparative data characterizing the properties of the treated threads and the heat resistance of the sizing.
The use of the proposed gel-gel allows to improve the permeability of the is strands during stretching.
Example 2. According to the technology described in Example 1, an oil is prepared containing the following components, wt%: 2 °

When the threads treated with the BV sizing agent are drawn, the sizing on the irons is observed, the sizing does not burn,
Thus, the proposed lubricant has an enhanced heat resistance and reduces the breakage of the threads during stretching.
