(54) CARGO LINE
A twisted cargo rope sling is known in which one piece of rope forms a sling loop and a main carrier branch during twisting. However, such a sling does not provide for the use of squeegees on the hinge loop due to which its carrying capacity is lower than the calculated one. The closest known technical solution is a cargo cipon consisting of intertwined branches of a single rope,. forming end loops of the sling, located in the cushions, in one of which the ends of the rope 2 are fixed. The aim of the invention is to increase the carrying capacity of the sling by reducing the internal stresses in the branches of the rope of the loop. This is achieved by the fact that the sling is provided with additional rope lengths, each of which is placed in a corresponding ring between the branches of the rope surrounding it. FIG. 1 shows a time1: strap with a crimping collar; in fig. 2 - section aa in figure 1 (before crimping the eye); in fig. 3 is a section A-A in FIG. 1 (after crimping the wheel). Cargo sling 1 consists of eight carriers; Their branches 2 of one rope intertwined and forming end loops 3, and Ilote at the ends of the crimping flange 4, each of which contains an additional piece of rope 5 adjacent to each supporting branch 2 located in couch. To obtain a crimped coulush with an additional rope length, for example, a box section groove (see FIG. 2) is used, in which an additional rope length is placed, having a length equal to the length of the large wire rod 4, and then the rope branches are placed relative to the additional rope length 5 with the possibility of obtaining the largest area of conjugation with the bearing branches 2 (see Fig. 3). The required adhesion of all bearing branches and an additional segment is made by transverse compression of the grouse. 3 The strength and rigidity of the additional length of rope and the degree of its adhesion to the strands of the rope determines the total bearing capacity of the entire rope. When such a sling is loaded, the load-bearing branches of the rope in the gage zone are loaded together with the additional rope segment and the coulice, which produce a part of the tensile load from the main load-bearing branches of the rope, ensuring a uniform state of all the elements of the sling, which allows reducing the static factor of safety strength. Formula and 3 cargo lines - Freight line, consisting of intertwined branches of one rope, form, A ..., .. - /-.shih cipona end loops, located in the crimping dies, in One of which is fixed to the free ends of the rope, characterized in that, in order to increase the carrying capacity of the sling by reducing internal stresses in the branches of the rope of the loop, it is provided with additional sections of rope, each of which is placed in a corresponding rail between the branches of the rope surrounding it.
