Description

(54) METHOD FOR PREPARING OF EXPEDIENT PHOSPHATES

This invention relates to a process for the production of free phosphates used as feeds and fertilizers. The known method of defluorization of phosphates by calcining them in a mixture with silica at 1400-1500s in a gaseous medium, resulting from the compression of the luminous gas. However, the introduction of additional raw material, silica, reduces the percentage of useful product (P „O) in phosphates by 5-10% 1 Closest to the proposed invention is a method for the production of defluorinated phosphates, which consists in treating apatite with the combustion products of hydrocarbon fuels at 1250-1400 ° C. The process is carried out in rotary kilns with countercurrent feed of raw materials and combustion products. 2 The disadvantages of the method are the low degree of defluorization of the raw material (up to 92%) and low intensity of the process due to the high temperature level in the furnace head part (1650-700 ° C) and, consequently, melting of raw materials, the formation of rings and walls in the furnace. The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of defluorization of the oil with simultaneous intensification of the process. This is achieved in the proposed method of defluorization: phosphates, in which apatite is fed into the furnace in two streams, one of which is. served in the flow with the combustion products of hydrocarbon fuels, and the other in countercurrent. A distinctive feature of the method is that the raw material supply is divided and, at the same time, 5-50% of the raw material with a particle diameter. O, 5-250 | μm are fed by a flow, while the rest of the raw material is fed in countercurrent to the fuel torch. This makes it possible to increase the degree of defluorization of the raw material to 95-98% and intensify the process 1.22 times, because, due to the direct feeding of part of the raw material, the core temperature of the fuel torch decreases, overheating and melting of phosphates are eliminated and, at the same time, heat transfer to the low temperature zone.
