Изобретение относитс  к  змерительной технике, а именно к области измерений при испытани х кол.пекторн электрических машин посто нного ток Известно устройство дл  сн ти  потенциальной кривой по кол.пектору электрической машины посто нного то содержащее датчик и регистрирующий прибор. Измерительный электрод датчика перемещают тангенциально к поверхности коллектора на одном и дом же от него рассто нии и измер ют на нем величину зар да, наведенного зар дами коллекторных пластин в раз ных точках по окружности коллектора 1 . Указанное устройство не обеспечи вает достаточно высокую точность сн ти  потенциальной кривой мз-за имеющих место наводок, трудности соблюдени  тангенциальности -и посто  нства рассто ни  между электродом датчика и коллекторными пластинами при перемещении последнего по окружности коллектора. Наиболее близким техническим решением к изобретению  вл етс  устройство дл  сн ти  потенциальной кри вой по кол.пектору электрической маишны посто нного тока, состо щее из 1змерительной щетки, ширина электропроводной части которой меньше толщины межколлекторных изол ционных прокладок г имеющей возможность перемещени  по окружности коллектора работающей электрической машины, и измерительного прибора, включенного между измерительной и рабочей (главной) щеткой электрической машины 2 . Недостаток такого устройства зак .гаочаетс  в том, что при сн тии потенциальной кривой искажаетс  истинна  картина распределени  ЭДС по коллектору из-за искрени , возникающего при периодическом замыкании скольз щим контактом секций накоротко , и падени  напр жени  в самом измерительном скольз щем контакте . Искрение измерительного скольз- щаго контакта нарушает также нормальную работу электрической машины (возможны перебросы по коллектору ) . Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение точности и надежности сн ти  потенциальной кривой путем устранени  искрени  и падени  напр жени  в измерительном скольз щем контакте.The invention relates to a measuring technique, in particular to the field of measurement during testing of a number of vector DC electric machines. The closest technical solution to the invention is a device for removing a potential curve by the number of the direct current electric current mashins, consisting of a measuring brush, the width of the electrically conductive part of which is less than the thickness of the intercollector insulating gaskets and having the ability to move around the collector circle machine, and the measuring device connected between the measuring and working (main) brush of the electric machine 2. The disadvantage of such a device is that in the case of the removal of the potential curve, the true pattern of the EMF distribution in the collector is distorted due to the sparking that occurs when the sliding contact of the sections is short-circuited and the voltage drops in the measuring sliding contact itself. Sparking a measuring sliding contact also disrupts the normal operation of the electric machine (re-routing through the collector is possible). The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy and reliability of removing the potential curve by eliminating sparks and voltage drops in the measuring sliding contact.
